The Rose Inn is situated in the Carlton Hills area of Santee less than 1/2 mile to the Golf Course, Trolley Square shopping, the 7 beautiful lakes of Santee and the Off Broadway Theatre. It is very quiet and peaceful. There are no TVs in the rooms because we value our guests peace and quiet. The neighborhood is upscale. There is ample parking (free) at the property.
