Tulsi Hotels Pvt. Ltd. was founded by Shri Amritkumar Ramjidas Shah in October 1991. Amritkumar Ramjidas Shah, born in the family of a sweets maker from Mathura migrated to Baroda in 1927, did his graduation from J.N.J. College Nadiad, Gujarat, and entered the family business of running a small shop of sweets.
With his determination and foresight he soon took a giant leap and established Tulsi Hotels Pvt. Ltd. Under his able administration and the sincere dedication of his two sons Tulsi Hotels Pvt. Ltd. soon saw itself expanding its horizons to newer locations within a short span. Under the banner of Tulsi Hotels Pvt. Ltd., Hotel Tulsi Regency was started at Jetalpur in 1997.
