Safa Masjid is an ancient mosque in Karnataka. It is located within the premises of Belgaum Fort, a key tourist destination in the state. Constructed in the year 1519 by Asad Khan Lari, Safa Masjid is an enticing structure of the previous era. This mosque is known for its architecture. The entire structure is an amalgam of the Indo-Saracenic & Deccan style of architecture. It has walls that boast the labyrinthine carvings.
