Bambleshwari Temple, also known as Badi Bamleshwari Devi, is a well-known and historic Hindu temple. It lies in Rajnandgaon district of Chhattisgarh and is visited by the devotees on a huge scale. A local king named Veersen & his wife were a childless couple. They went up to the temple and offered prayers to the Goddess Bambleshwari. His queen gave birth to a baby boy. As a tribute to Bamleshwari Devi, King Veersen built a temple dedicated to her.
