Parasnath Hills comprises a range of hills that are spread in a part of the Giridih district (Jharkhand, India). These hills are known as the most revered religious place for Jains, as twenty out of twenty four Jain Tirthankaras including Parasnath, attained moksha here in the Parasnath hills. The popular Jain pilgrimage i.e. Shikharji also lies at the peak of Parasnath Hills, which is about 1350 metres high.

Best Time To Visit:-
Months starting from October to March considered best to mark arrival at the holy site. The weather remains soothing and it's neither scorching nor raining in the period.
