Indroda Nature Park is famous due to different reasons. It is divided into 2 sections by Sabarmati River. The eastern side is known as Indroda Park and the western side known as the wilderness park. The nature park houses the Botanical Garden that provides the information of the different flora that is found there. In the wilderness park, it provides a shelter to the animals like the leopard, jaguar, panther, lion, bear etc. People visit this side quite often to see the animals.

A gallery exhibiting the skeletal structure of the sea mammals is located within the premises and can be visited without paying any fee.

Indroda Nature Park is a huge crowd-puller and is visited by the tourists on a huge scale. Though any day is considered as the best day for embarking a journey to this park, the best period is considered between October-March. The pleasant weather during this time makes it comfortable for all to visit the place.

Watch Out!
No visitor is allowed to enter the park with any sort of ammunition. Previously, there were some cases of illegal hunting and the nature park authorities took the strict decision to protect animals. Also, none is allowed to feed the animals in any manner.
