Gandhi Hall is a well-known ancient monument in the city of Indore. This building is an important landmark in the city and was constructed in during the British rule in India. Gandhi Hall was previously known by the name of King Edward Hall because it was built by a British official named Charles Frederick Stevens. A total sum of INR 2, 50,000 was spent for its construction. Its name was changed to Gandhi Hall by Yeshwant Rao Holkar in 1948.
