Monkey Point is the highest point in the beautiful hill town of Kasauli. Surrounded by the hills on all four sides, it is an amazing tourist site that never fails to draw the attention of visitors on a huge scale. Monkey Point is the highest point in Kasauli and home to the temple of Lord Hanuman. According to the legend, while carrying the Sanjeevani to cure Shri Lakshmana, his foot touched this point. Interestingly, the shape of this mountain resembles a giant foot!

Make sure you do not tease the monkeys that hop around here as it might annoy them. Though they are harmless, some may attack seeing the food items. If you want to feed the monkeys then buy the eatables that are sold separately for them.
