Venugopalaswami Temple is a famous Hindu shrine in the district of Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh. This temple enshrines Lord Venugopalaswami (Lord Vishnu) and his consorts, Rukmini and Sathyabhama Ammavaru. Each day, this temple welcomes countless devotees from the different parts of Andhra Pradesh.

Watch Out!
Devotees need to follow a strict dressing rule. A devotee wearing western attire is not allowed to enter the temple. All males need to wear kurta –pajama/dhoti and females need to wear a sari. If you aren't carrying one, such dresses are available on a rental basis from the nearby shops. Photography inside the sanctum isn't allowed. Make sure that you submit your mobile phone/camera before entering Venugopalaswami Temple.
