Nanaksar Thath is a sacred Sikh shrine in Ludhiana. It is a well-known Gurudwara that is located 38 km. from Ludhiana city. It was built to commemorate the martyrdom of Guru Gobind Singh, the tenth Guru of Sikhs. He was the one who laid the foundation of Khalsa. He also promoted the learning of archery as a self-defense against Mughals. At present, Nanaksar Thath is a place where his bow-arrow is displayed in a transparent box. The Sikhs visit this place on a huge scale.

1) Nanaksar Thath is an ancient Gurudwara in Ludhiana that was established by Baba Nand Singh Ji. He was a celibate and often had the visions of Baba Shri Guru Nanak Dev, Guru Harkishan, and Guru Gobind Singh.
2) Baba Nand Singh was blessed by Guru Nanak himself due to his celibacy and penance. He told him to recite and teach others how to recite the name of God.

4) Gurupurab is a major festival that is celebrated here with a great pomp. Community kitchen is organized and feeds lakhs of devotees throughout the day.
