Best Time to Visit:
Kothi has a cool to pleasant weather almost every time of the year. Temperature normally starts falling after monsoon here. In the winter, i.e. during December – February, Kothi experiences moderate to heavy snowfall. Thus, this village attracts more tourists especially this time. Heavy snowfall can create 2-3 ft snow-covering through the valley. Thus, most of the snow activities happen this time.
You can also visit Kothi during the summer, i.e. between March and June. Zorbing and paragliding activities happen this time.

• By air – Bhuntar airport is closest to Kothi. It is almost 64 km away from the village. Regular flights fly between Delhi, Bhuntar and Chandigarh.
• By train – Chandigarh railway is the nearest broad gauge station nearby Kothi which is almost 313 km away. After reaching the railway station you can ride on a local bus to Manali or hire a taxi to reach your destination. Una of Himachal is another railhead closest to this village which is connected with Pathankot.
• By bus – Himachal State Transport Services run efficient bus services between Delhi and Manali. In fact, traveling by bus is probably the most affordable way to reach Kothi.
