Guru Shikar is a remarkable tourist attraction in Mount Abu. It holds the honor of being the highest peak in the entire Aravalli Mountain Range as it stands at a massive height of 5,650 feet above the sea-level. Not only as a tourist destination but, it holds importance as a religious site as well. It has a temple that is dedicated to Lord Dattatreya, a form of the Hindu Holy Trinity.

Guru Shikhar is an enchanting place that never fails to attract the visitors. Tourists, devotees, and trekkers visit this place extensively throughout the year. However, excluding the monsoons is recommended in order to avoid mishaps. A heavy downpour often leads to sudden accidents and hence, any season apart from monsoon is seen as apt for visiting Guru Shikhar.

Guru Shikhar is located 15 km away from the main town of Mount Abu. The local jeeps are easily available for reaching the place from the outskirts of Mount Abu.
