Standing over Teesta River, Coronation Bridge is a famous structure in Darjeeling, West Bengal. This bridge connects the districts of Jalpaiguri and Darjeeling. The foundation brick of the bridge was laid in the year 1937 by the John Anderson and Mohammed Suleman Laheri, the then governor-general of Bengal. At present, Coronation Bridge is a must-see tourist attraction in West Bengal.
