Chashma Shahi and Pari Mahal are two beautiful Mughal gardens located in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir. Chashma Shahi, also known as the Royal Spring, is a terraced garden built around a natural spring. Pari Mahal, on the other hand, is a seven-terraced garden located above Chashma Shahi. Both these gardens offer stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the Dal Lake.
Chashma Shahi and Pari Mahal are open to visitors from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM on all days of the week.
The entry fee for Chashma Shahi and Pari Mahal is INR 20 per person for Indian tourists and INR 50 per person for foreign tourists.
It usually takes around 1-2 hours to explore both Chashma Shahi and Pari Mahal. Visitors are not allowed to bring food, plastic bags, or any other non-biodegradable items inside the gardens.

Chashma Shahi was commissioned by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in 1632 and is named after the natural spring located within the garden. Pari Mahal was built in the 17th century by Dara Shikoh, the eldest son of Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan.
