100 % PAYMENT IN ADVANCE AFTER THE CONFIRMATION.

CANCELLATION CHARGES APPLICABLE AS PER COMPANY POLICY.

ROOM CATEGORIES IN ALL PACKAGES ARE THE BASE CATEGORY ROOMS.

IN CASE WE ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE THE SAME HOTELS AS MENTIONED, AND THEN WE SHALL PROVIDE SIMILAR ALTERNATE PROPERTIES, CHANGE IN THE COST IF ANY WILL BE ADVISED.

CANCELLATION CHARGES APPLICABLE AS PER COMPANY POLICY. IF CANCELLATION IS MADE ANY TIME NOT LESS THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE, 25% SHALL BE DEDUCTED. IF CANCELLATION IS MADE 30 TO 15 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE, 50% OF TOUR COST SHALL BE DEDUCTED. IF CANCELLATION IS MADE 15 TO 07 DAY PRIOR TO DEPARTURE, 75% OF TOUR COST SHALL BE DEDUCTED. IN CASE PASSENGER IS NO SHOW AT THE TIME OF DEPARTURE, 100% OF TOUR COST SHALL BE DEDUCTED.
ONLY 1 CHILD / BHUNGA BELOW 5 YEARS STAY COMPLIMENTARY WITH THE PARENTS WITHOUT ANY CHARGES. MORE THEN 1 CHILDREN BELOW 5 YEARS WILL BE COUNTED AS EXTRA OCCUPANCY. ABOVE 5 YEARS WILL BE COUNTED AS AN EXTRA PERSON.
