It is also known for its richness in cultural & natural heritage and the famous toy train that has been declared a UN heritage. Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : New Jalpaiguri/ Bagdogra Airport – Gangtok (110 km approx. 3-4 hrs.)

  Arrive New Jalpaiguri station/Bagdogra airport and meet and greet our representative and proceed to Gangtok. Arrive Gangtok and check in to your pre booked hotel. Dar at rest or leisure or to roam on MG Road Gangtok for Shopping or leisure.
  Overnight at any good hotel in Gangtok.

• Day 2 : Gangtok Local Sightseeing

  This morning after breakfast start your sightseeing of Gangtok visiting:Tashi View Point, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Ranka Monastery, Research Institute of Tibet logy (Closed on Sunday & govt. Holidays), Do-DrulChorten, Flower Show. (Lunch at hotel or restaurant on your own. After lunch visit Jharkaria Water Falls. Evening is free for rest or shopping on M G Road on your own. Overnight at any good hotel in Gangtok.

• Day 3 : Gangtok - Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir

  Morning after breakfast, Begin your day with a day excursion to Tsomgo Lake (departure at 0900 to 0930 AM hrs.) - situated at a height of 3,780 Mts. with an average depth of 50 ft & Baba Mandir-The shrine maid in memory of Sepoy Harbahajan Singh, (Optional tour to Nat hula Pass border on extra cost on prior intimation)((Lunch at hotel or restaurant on your own) Back to Gangtok.   This morning after breakfast checkout from Gangtok hotel and start driving down to Darjeeling a scenic beautiful journey via picturesque hills and tea gardens. Optional En route enjoy river rafting on your own cost on Teesta River if time permits(Lunch at hotel or restaurant on your own) Arrive Darjeeling and check in to your pre booked hotel. Day at rest or leisure or shopping on Mall of Darjeeling. Overnight stay at any good hotel in Darjeeling.

  This early morning wake at 0400 AM visit Tiger Hill ,famous for sunrise over Mt. Kanchendzonga, on way back visit Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop and back to hotel. Breakfast at hotel. After breakfast full day sightseeing of Darjeeling which includes: Darjeeling Zoo, Tenging Rock, Refuge Centre and Japanese Temple (Peace Pagoda), Bhutia Busty Gompa and Tea Gardens, Not far from Chow Rasta is this colorful monastery, with Kanchanjunga providing a spectacular backdrop. (Lunch at hotel or restaurant on your own) Rock Garden &Gangamaiya Park can be visited on additional cost. Evening free time for rest or shopping. Overnight at any good hotel in Darjeeling.
