There are records of the town of Dubai from 1799. Earlier in the 18th century the Al Abu Falasa lineage of Bani Yas clan established itself in Dubai which was a dependent of the settlement of Abu Dhabi until 1833.On 8 January 1820, the then sheikh of Dubai was a signatory to the British sponsored "General Treaty of Peace" (the General Maritime Treaty).
In 1833, the Al Maktoum dynasty of the Bani Yas tribe left the settlement of Abu Dhabi and took over the town of Dubai,
"without resistance". From that point on, Dubai, a newly
independent emirate was constantly at odds with the emirate of Abu Dhabi. An attempt by the Qawasim pirates to take over Dubai was thwarted. In 1835, Dubai and the rest of the Trucial States signed a maritime truce with Britain and
a "Perpetual Maritime Truce" about two decades later.
Dubai came under the protection of the United Kingdom (keeping out the Ottoman Turks) by the Exclusive Agreement of 1892. Like four of its neighbors, Abu Dhabi, Ras al-Khaimah, Sharjah and Umm al-Qaiwain, its position on the route to India made it an important location.
Culture in Dubai is rooted in Islamic traditions that form UAE National's lifestyles. However, the UAE is tolerant and welcoming to foreigners who do not practice the religion of Islam. Expatriates are free to practice their own religion, alcohol is served in hotels and the dress code is liberal. Women don't face discrimination. Courtesy and hospitality are one of the many virtues of Dubai. Rulers are keen to maintain their culture and do so through a number of practices.
Day 1 : Delhi – Dubai – Dhow Cruise
Arrive at the International airport 03 Hrs prior for your Emirates Airlines flight to Dubai
Arrival in Dubai. You will be met and PRIVATE Transfer from Airport to Hotel. Check-in to the hotel. Time free for leisure and freshen-up. Later in the evening, transfer for Dhow Cruise with Dinner. The cruise aboard this traditional wooden vessel offers an intriguingly different view of this amazing city. Enjoy the scenery by night with its beautifully lit city, which is truly mesmerizing. Admire the architecture of
places such as the Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht Club, the spectacular Chamber of Commerce building etc. A sumptuous dinner is served whilst you cruise along. Enjoy the delicious taste of true Arabian hospitality as it sails along the Dubai creek under the moonlight. Relax! Indulge! Enjoy! Return to your hotel for the night. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2 : Dubai – Half Day City Tour / Burj Khalifa / Desert Safari
Breakfast at the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel. Proceed for a Half Day City Tour of Dubai with Entrance to Burj Khalifa. The tour of the city of Dubai introduces both the new and the old Dubai. The tour commences with the new environs of Dubai and then stops at the Jumeira Mosque, one of the landmarks of Dubai, followed by a drive along the Dubai Creek. Transfer back to the hotel.
Today in the afternoon, proceed for the adventurous Desert Safari Tour.
Enjoy ride over the sand dunes on Land Rovers. Thereafter proceed to the Camps where you will have professional Belly Dancing and Tanoora Show followed by your BBQ Dinner. Transfer back to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 3 : Dubai – Snow Park
Breakfast at the hotel. Today the day is free for leisure and shopping. Enjoy shopping at the various malls and markets in Dubai. Later in the afternoon, proceed for the Snow Park. Enjoy fun for the whole family in the world’s largest indoor snow park housing an amazing 3000 sq mts of snow. Put on your boots and enjoy various rides and skis in Snow Park.
You have an option to return back to the hotel or enjoy shopping at the famous Mall of Emirates. One of the biggest mall in Dubai, shopping is never an end here. With nearly all top world brands, the shopping mall is a paradise for shopping lovers. Time free for personal activities. Overnight at the hotel
Day 4 : Dubai – Aquaventure
Breakfast in the hotel. Today morning transfer for the famous Water Park in Atlantis – Aquaventure. Enjoy the various water rides and joy rides in the theme park. Later in the evening, transfer back to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel
Day 5 : Dubai – Abu Dhabi – Ferrari Park
Breakfast in the hotel. Check-out from the hotel and transfer to Abu Dhabi.
Proceed to the famous Ferrari Park in Abu Dhabi – The World’s largest Indoor and the first Ferrari Theme Park. Ferrari World officially opened on 4 November 2010. The theme park is home to Formula Rossa, the world's fastest roller coaster.
With over 20+ attractions like Tyre Twist, Junior Grand Prix, Fast Lane, G-Force etc, it’s a hot favourite tour for all travelers to UAE.
Enjoy the various rides in the park. Later in the evening, transfer back to the Hotel. Check-in to the hotel. Time free for leisure and freshen-up. Overnight at the hotel
Day 6 : Abu Dhabi – Dubai – Delhi
Breakfast in the hotel. Check-out from the hotel and transfer to straight Dubai Airport
for your flight back to Delhi
