  02:30 PM to 04:00 PM - Visit to Sardar Sarovar Dam View and Selfie Point, Valley of Flowers on Seat-In-Coach (SIC) basis.
  04:00 PM to 06:00 PM - Visit to The Statue Of Unity on Seat-In-Coach (SIC) basis. (Viewing Gallery Ticket is included in the package which will be subject to availability).
  06:00 PM to 06:45 PM - Light Refreshments
  06:45 PM to 08:00 PM - The Statue of Unity Laser Show on Seat-In-Coach (SIC) basis (Subject to show/ticket availability).

Terms & Conditions

• Two bottles of drinking water per cottage will be provided on complimentary basis.
• Accommodation in rooms is on twin sharing basis.
• 2 Night/3 Days Package includes Lunch, Refreshment & Dinner on 1st Day. Morning Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, Refreshment & Dinner on 2nd Day and Morning Tea & Breakfast on 3rd Day. The meals will be served as per the scheduled time in the dining area and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on 3rd Day.
• The package rates are inclusive of entry tickets to Statue of Unity, Valley of Flowers, Khalwani to Zarwani, Unity Glow Garden, Eco Tourism Bus Tour, Sardar Sarovar Dam View Point, Laser Show (Subject to availability), Jungle Safari Tour and Children Nutrition Park as per the respected itinerary an individual can book viewing gallery tickets directly.
• Tax rate would be GST 18% (CGST 9% and SGST 9%).
• Rates on single occupancy basis will be 75% of the basic cost (75% of double occupancy amount).
• In case of triple occupancy, any person above 6 years of age will be charged as extra person (with mattress).
• Entry ticket to Statue of Unity for Foreign Nationals is not included in our package costs and they are required to buy the same.
• Itineraries and arranged sightseeing are subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Food and Stay for children below 6 years are complimentary. Tickets to SOU and other places to be arranged by Guests only through.
• To get confirmed tickets for Statue of Unity, please book your reservation before 07 days of Check-In.
• For those who book their package on Monday, they will be able to visit Statue of Unity visit on Tuesday morning.
• In case of any date change Rupees 750/Guest + 18% GST will be charged. (Rate difference shall be levied).
• GST shall be charged as per applicable, i.e. GST shall be charged as per prevailing rates.
• In case of triple occupancy, any person above 6 years of age will be charged as an extra person (with mattress)
• In case of any cancellation of flight/train or any mode of transportation, booking amount will not be refundable.
• In case of late arrival at the tent city, guests will not be entitled for missed meals or other activities.
• The Voucher issued in respect of the packages for Statue of Unity Tent City-1 is to be furnished compulsorily along with Government approved valid Photo ID proof of each guest at the reception counter at the time of Check-In; for foreign nationals, it is mandatory to furnish valid Passport & Visa. Pan Card will not be accepted as a valid Photo ID
• In case of early arrival at Tent City, guests can pay early Check-In charges if the rooms are available and if rooms are not available then they have to wait until the Check-In time as prescribed
• Please note that the cooling of A.C. in the vehicles and common areas will be maintained as per the temperature comfortable to the majority of guest present.
• Any amendments with respect to change in Check-In dates would attract Rupees 1500/- per tent (18% GST extra) amendment charge. For any amendments/changes, kindly email us.
• Any incidental, personal and other expenses and cost of items which are not specified/mentioned in the inclusions are to be borne by the guest.
• Management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings of the guest. Guests are requested to take care of their belongings/luggage. Guests carrying valuables such as fragile items, money, jewellery, silverware, cameras, laptop, electronic items or photographic equipment, antiques, artifacts, work of art, precious metals and similar valuables at their own risk.
• This is an indicative itinerary & subject to change depending upon circumstances or betterment of the product at the sole discretion of management.
• All rooms are strictly Non-smoking areas as per in-house rules.
• Guests have to follow the house rules and applicable laws of the land.
• Management reserves the right to cancel reservation without any prior notice in case of any Central/State Government Event/Meetings/Visits or any unwanted natural calamities. In which case, alternative dates can be set or full refund will be given.
• The management takes utmost precaution to prevent incidents such as fire, short circuits or any other mis-happenings which are beyond the control. However, the management’s liability for loss of baggage due to fire, short circuit or any other mis-happening whatsoever is subject to a maximum amount of INR 30,000/- per room. All guests can opt for adequate insurance coverage through their insurance company prior to travel to Statue Of Unity Tent City-1.
• Visit to Statue of Unity premises, Khalwani to Zarwani Eco Tourism Bus Tour, Sardar Sarovar Nauka Vihar (Boating) and Nilkanth Dham Temple is subject to change/cancel due to any unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
• Statue of Unity premises and other facilities remain closed on every Monday
• Pets are not allowed inside the Tent City.
• Due to unavoidable circumstances because of COID-19, if we need to shut down the property by government guidelines/rules, we would refund 100% of your accommodation charges of Statue of Unity Tent City. We are not liable for any refund of transportation/travel expenses.
• If any guest is detected with COVID-19 symptoms at the Statue of Unity Tent City Entry Gate, we will amend the date of arrival as per availability on a complimentary basis. If there is a rate difference then the difference amount has to be paid by the guest. Our expert team will also assist the guest in the nearest hospital
• We are only facilitator for tickets so it is purely depended on online inventory and subject to availability of tickets.
• Right to admission reserved by Management
• Any dispute arising in above mentioned terms & conditions is subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction only.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
100% Refund if cancelled 20 days prior to scheduled arrival date
50% Refund, if cancelled more than or equal to 10 days prior to scheduled arrival but less than 20 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
No Refund, if cancelled less than 10 days prior to scheduled arrival.
Change in Guest/Guests names would be treated as cancellation.
