Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Haridwar – Jankichatti (Drive - 230 Km/08 hrs approx)

  Morning pickup from Haridwar & start to drive to Jankichatti via Barkot. On arrival check in at the hotel for an overnight stay. (Dinner Included)

• Day 2 : Jankichatti-Yamunotri (Trek- 6 Km-one way) Yamunotri – Jankichatti (Trek Back)

  After early breakfast, begin the 6 Km trek to Yamunotri. Once you reach, take bath in Surya Kund (Hot spring) & pay your homage at Divyashila, a rock pillar, worshipped before entering the temple, followed by darshan of Yamunotri Ji; seek the blessings of Goddess Yamuna Ji. After paying homage, trek back to Jankichatti. After freshen up if time allows proceed to explore Kharsali Village, winter home of Goddess Yamunotri & old Shani Temple. Later return to the hotel for an overnight stay.. (Breakfast & Dinner included)

• Day 3 : JankiChatti – Uttarkashi (Drive - 130 km/ 06 hrs approx)

  After breakfast proceed to drive toward Uttarkashi, on arrival check in at the hotel. In the evening visit the famous Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Overnight stay at the hotel. (Breakfast & Dinner included)

• Day 4 : Uttarkashi – Gangotri (Drive – 100 Km/ 04 hrs approx) Gangotri – Uttarkashi (Drive Back- 100 Km approx)

  In the morning after an early breakfast, drive towards Gangotri. Upon arrival, take a holy dip in the river Ganges & offer prayer to the Goddess Ganges, near the temple spot of the 02 revered places – Suryakund & Submerged Shivling. After darshan, drive back to Uttarkashi en route visit Harsil. After continuing drive to the hotel for dinner & overnight stay. (Breakfast & Dinner included)

• Day 5 : Uttarkashi – Guptkashi (Drive – 230 Km/ 08 hrs approx)

  After breakfast drive towards Guptkashi, Moolgarh & Lambgoan further you can see the beautiful river Mandakini at Tilwara and continue driving to Guptkashi where you can offer your prayer at Ardhanarishwar Temple. Post-darshan continues driving upon arrival and check in at the hotel for overnight stay. (Breakfast & Dinner included)

• Day 6 : Guptkashi – Phata/Sersi (Drive – 1hr) Phata/Sersi – Kedarnath (Helicopter) Or Guptkashi – Sonprayag (Drive – 1hr approx) Sonprayag – Gaurikund (Local Jeep – 6 Km) Gaurikund – Kedarnath (17 Km- Trek)

  The Trek for Kedarnath Ji start from Gaurikund & Sonprayag and is the one-stop before Gaurikund at a distance of 06 km. Private Vehicles are allowed only till Sonprayag. The Pilgrims need to hire a local vehicle from Sonprayag to Gaurikund. Upon arrival start your journey on the zigzag and well-laid trail to Kedarnath, you can avail the services of pony/palki/palanquins. Helicopter services are also available for Kedarnath from the different helipads. The vehicle will drop at the respective helipad from where the ride is booked. On arrival, proceed to the holy Darshan of Kedarnath Temple. Overnight stay at Kedarnath.

• Day 7 : Kedarnath – Phata/Sersi (Helicopter) Phata/Sersi – Guptkashi (Drive -1 hr) Or Kedarnath – Gaurikund (17 Km- Trek) Gaurikund – Sonprayag (Local Jeep) Sonprayag – Guptkashi (Drive -3 hr)

  Start trekking early for Gaurikund to reach on time. Upon arrival at Gaurikund, hire the local jeep back for Sonprayag. Later proceed to drive to Guptkashi & on arrival check in to the hotel for an overnight stay. (Breakfast & Dinner included)

• Day 8 : Guptkashi – Chopta Tungnath Chandrashila trek (Trek 4 km one way)

  Chopta – Pipalkoti/Joshimath (Drive – 100 Km/ 04 hrs approx)
  Morning proceed to trek to Tungnath through dense forest and enticing meadows, it is a 3 Km trek. Tungnath is situated at a height of 3680 mts above sea level. After resting for a while, you can head for (moonstone) Chandrashilla Peak which is 1 km ahead. The summit offers a 360 degree view of the surroundings & magnificent wide view of the snow-capped Himalayas. Later proceeded to drive to Joshimath and, on arrival checked into the hotel for an overnight stay. (Breakfast & Dinner included)

• Day 9 : Pipalkoti/Joshimath – Badrinath (Drive – 80 Km/ 03 hrs approx)

  Badrinath – Joshimath/ Pipalkoti(Drive – 80 km / 03 hrs approx)
  The morning start drive to Badrinath. Pilgrims after having a bath in the Taptkund have the darshan of Badrivishal. Brahma Kapal is significant for Pinddan Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus). Post-darshan visit (Optional:- Mana Village/Auli) and later proceed to drive back for an overnight stay. (Breakfast & Dinner Included)

• Day 10 : Pipalkoti/Joshimath– Haridwar (Drive- 230 Km/ 08 hrs approx)

  After breakfast proceed to drive back to your starting city Haridwar via Nandaprayag, Karnaprayag, Rudraprayag & Devprayag. En route pay your offering to Dhari Devi temple in Srinagar and later continue the drive to Haridwar. After dropping off at your destination tour will end with happy memories. (Breakfast Included)

General Information For Yatra

• Carry woollen clothes since during morning & evening the temperature remains cool.
• Hotels at Kedarnath & Badrinath Yatra locations are basic with normal amenities and do not compare with star categories. There is no Wi-Fi or any deluxe facilities.
• Char Dham Expressway National Highway is in progress due to which roads are not in good condition. The project is expected to end.
• Please update the pick-up and drop location before at the time of confirmation. Generally, pick up and drop is arranged from the railway station/airport and if needs to be provided from the city Centre then additional charges will be applied in that case.
• AC in the hills will not be operational, (if required, then the additional charges are applicable as per the vehicle type), however still in the uphill drive AC will be switched off even if AC charges are paid).
• The driver will not drive after 8 PM due to security reason reasons moreover proper rest is also required for his good health., Further, he should not be forced for the same by the guests, due to the hotel booked by the guests in any distant place, the guests should follow proper day schedule to avoid any kind of situation. (if any guest failed to reach the booked hotels, then new booking charges will be taken care of the guests).
• Kindly note that in the package cost, drop and pick up from 01 spots included either to helipad or Sonprayag. If there are two separate drops and pickups then please update us prior, will get it arranged at extra cost and will inform the driver also to avoid any inconvenience later.
• Those who plan to go on a trek to Kedarnath Ji are then advised to leave leaving on time around 0400 AM and during May and June, it should be around 0300 AM due to avoid a huge crowd.
• The drive-in hilly terrain and uneven road, it is recommended to carry limited luggage to keep the vehicle less loaded and for easy surfing.
• Kindly note that while concluding the yatra driver provide provides a drop back to Haridwar/Rishikesh railway station or Dehradun airport timely around 0700 PM, however, if any special request for the drop after that then separate night charges will be applicable.
• Pick and drop from Delhi will be provided by separate cars and for hills, we have expert drivers who are highly experienced for drive in hilly terrains.
• If due to any unforeseen weather conditions/last moment helicopter booking cancellation, if there are any changes in the tour plan i.e., cancellation of booked hotels or making new hotel bookings or additional vehicle charges will be bear by the guests since all the services are confirmed on basis of 100% payment and any last moment changes are honored by suppliers as per their current availability status.

Terms And Conditions

• As per the directive given by the Government of India, all Indian/Foreign Nationals are required to provide proper proof of identification upon check-in & valid identifications documents are Valid other Id cards/Current Driver’s License/Aadhar Card for Indian National & Passport & Visa for Foreign Nationals. All the documents must include a photograph.
• It is mandatory to provide valid id proof during the check-in to all accommodation providers. If the same is not provided then check-in will be not allowed to any guests & company will not be responsible for any ID proof-related issues.
• Generally, at all the hotels, check-in time is 14:00 hrs and checkout time is 11:00 hrs. If the client needs to confirm early check-in or late checkout, then the same will be on a chargeable basis as per the availability.
• The company is not responsible for any loss/theft/damage of clients’ belonging; please take care of the same during the tour.
• Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the suppliers like hotels, airlines etc. However, the suppliers reserve the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes, the rates quoted before the modification can be changed by us according to the modifications by the suppliers. All hotel bookings are based on the usual check-in and checkout check out times of the hotels unless indicated in the itinerary.
• Hotels provide extra rollaway mattresses/extra beds as per the availability.
• Meal included in a package; it will be served on a buffet / fixed menu basis. Any item which is not in their Buffet / Fixed menu, it will be charged extra. Some hotels have a Meal credit policy instead of a Buffet or Fixed Menu during low occupancy. The hotel has a right to decide on the meal credit amount & the extra amount above the meal credit will be paid directly by the clients.
• The company will arrange another vehicle immediately, in case of a major technical problem/breakdown of the assigned Vehicle. However, in case of a minor issue where the problem can be fixed in some time, we seek the guests’ cooperation.
• We shall not be responsible for any alterations in the tour plan or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
• We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, or property during the tour about any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from natural hazards, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, or any other causes beyond our control.
• Company reserves all the right to cancel the entire tour or any particular service if complete payment is not received from the guests/clients before the start of the tour.
• AC will not work in all hill areas or also in a parked vehicle. In some hilly regions, driving is not allowed after sunset.
• Drivers will not drive in No-entry zones nor should be forced to drive on narrow streets or roads which can create traffic jimjams. The driver will not drive the car after Sunset/late evening due to safety reason reasons.
• Pick up and drop point will be fixed before the tour. Any additional pick and drop points will be on an extra chargeable basis.
• The driver will adhere to the routing as per the tour program, if the guests require any change/deviation then the same need to be discussed before finalizing the trip. Later any changes will not be allowed since they can affect the tour feasibility/pricing also.
• Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hikes in fuel costs, Taxes, entrance fees of monuments/museums or guide charges – by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.
• At many hill stations, entry of tourist vehicles (i.e., Innova, Tempo, Mini coach & Bus) is restricted in the main shopping market/mall road. Hence the guests have to manage another available local mode of transport with an additional cost since the cost for the same is not included in the package.
• Sometimes the parking areas are located a little far from the sightseeing spots, and then in that case the guests need to reach the parking at their own cost.
• Vehicles will be permitted to use point-to-point transfer services and sightseeing as per the tour. If in case, the guests want to add some additional transfer/any excursions/local sightseeing, kindly inform the company in advance, any changes will not be allowed later.
• However, if in case, if the guest decides to do any additional sightseeing during the trip, please contact the company to check its feasibility & the additional charges, if any, for the same.
• We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accidents, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements on their own. All baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.
