Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Chandigarh

  As you land at Chandigarh airport, our driver would be waiting for you at the airport. Meet and greet with the driver assigned and leave for your hotel. Check-in at hotel followed by dinner. Overnight stay at Chandigarh.

• Day 2 : Chandigarh - Manali

  After breakfast, leave for Manali. Enroute visit, Sundernagar lake, Pandoh Dam, Hanogi mata temple and Kullu sightseeing. Reach Manali by evening, Check in at hotel reserved. Freshen up, and you can go for an evening walk at the mall road, your Dinner would be arranged at hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 3 : Manali - Solang Valley - Atal Tunnel - Sissu - Manali

  After breakfast, start your day with the blessings of Hadimba Mata , a local deity. Later visit, Vashisth caves, Jogini falls (trek - 4km), Solang valley ( Adventure sport hub), Atal Tunnel, Sissu etc. However visiting Sissu totally depends on the road conditions present during the time of tour. Evening relax and soak in the vibes of mall road and Tibetan Market or Old Manali village at Manali. Dinner arrangements at the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 4 : Manali

  After breakfast, leave for your sightseeing which would include the places which were left the day earlier or you can visit Solang valley today(Full day at Solang). Also you can try different eateries present at Manali. Dinner would be at hotel. Overnight stay.

• Day 5 : Manali - Tirthan Valley

  After breakfast, leave for Tirthan valley, enroute enjoy beautiful landscapes, reach tartan by evening. Check-in at hotel. Overnight stay at tartan valley.

• Day 6 : Tirthan Valley

  After breakfast, leave for your tirthan valley sightseeing. Sightseeing would include Jibhi, The great Himalayan National Park, Serloskar lake (If weather allows), Chhoie Waterfall, Jalori pass(If weather allows), Raghupur Fort etc. Dinner would be served at hotel. Overnight stay.

• Day 7 : Tirthan Valley - Narkanda

  After breakfast, start your journey for Narkanda. Enroute enjoy scenic views, reach Narkanda by evening, check-in at hotel. Followed by dinner.

• Day 8 : Narkanda - Kufri - Shimla

  After Breakfast, leave for a full day excursion of Narkanda and Kufri. Sightseeing of Narkanda would include a hike to Hatu Peak and stokes farms whereas Kufri is famous for its awesome scenic views and sports activities. Enjoy Horse riding, Yak riding, visit Indira national tourist park. Enjoy fun activities at Fun world Kufri evening back to Shimla. And overnight stay Shimla. You can also stroll on Mall Road in the evening. Dinner at hotel, overnight stay.

• Day 9 : Shimla

  After breakfast, start your Shimla sightseeing, IIAS, State museum, The Mall, Ridge, Jake Temple, Kali Bari Temple, Lower Bazar, Lakkar Bazar etc. Dinner at hotel, overnight stay.

• Day 10 : Shimla - Chandigarh

  After breakfast, if any spot left from Shimla sightseeing you can cover it in the first half. Post lunch, leave for Chandigarh. Reach Chandigarh by evening, drop at airport before 6:00 PM. Trip ends with sweet memories!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• All correspondence in respect of tour/ travel service bookings should be addressed to Frostbite Travel.
• PAYMENTS
• For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirm basis & the balance amount Destination Guptkashi Nill Badrinath Hotel Bharat shree or similar Karanprayag Shri Krishna Palace Hotel or similar should be paid before your departure from your destination of departure. Full payment should be made before the commencement of the services.
• Apart from above in some cases like special train journeys, hotel or resort booking during peak seasons, full payment is required to be sent in advance.
• MODE OF PAYMENT
• Payment can be made through NIFT/RTGS or cheque as well as cash transactions to our bank.
• CANCELLATION POLICY
• In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing or through Email. Cancellation charges would be as follows:
• 45 days prior to arrival : 40% of the tour/service cost would be charged 30 days prior to arrival : 60% of the tour/service cost would be charged 20 days prior to arrival : 80% of the tour/service cost would be charged 15 days prior to arrival : NO REFUND
• NOTE: written cancellation will accept on all working days except for Sundays or any holiday. Any cancellations sent on these days will be considered on next working day. For the peak seasons in any area chosen for visit non refundable policy is applicable
• In case you cancel your trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hotelier/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
• OUR LIABILITIES AND LIMITATIONS
• Please note that after the finalisation of the tour/ services cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees of monuments/ museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges by the authorities of the same, the same would be charged as extra. Cost of parking, tolls or any other transport related costs are to be paid by the client. Frostbite travel acts only in the capacity of agents for hotels, airline, transporters, railways & contractors providing other services and all exchange orders, receipts contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them.
• All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, physical availability of the participants etc may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserved the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants safety, comfort & general well being.
• Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. hotels and airlines retain the right to modify the rates without any prior notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on usual checkin check out timings of the hotels until and unless indicated in the itinerary.We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggages & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.
