Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : COCHIN-MUNNAR

  Upon arrival, our representative will greet you at cochin aiprot/Railway station and proceed to Munnar. This small town in the Western Ghats which is famous for its picture book towns, mist clad hills, sprawling tea gardens, sanctuaries and above all the climate is one of the most sought after tourist destination in India today. On the way to munnar you can watch the rubber and pineapple plantations, the lovely waterfalls in Cheeyappara and Valara and the Karadippara view point. Check in to the hotel as you reach and relax for a while. Later visit the Hydal Park and the Tata Tea Museum, if time allows; Overnight stay

• Day 3 : Proceed to Thekkady

  Proceed to Thekkady after breakfast; Enjoy the drive through the tea mountains and the picturesque green carpet of the nature. Check in to the hotel; Visit the Periyar Wild life Sanctuary, where one can go for a Wildlife cruise to view a large variety of wild animal like Wild Elephants, Nilgiri Langur, Sambar Deer, Wild Bison, Wild Boar etc; And quite a lot of unique birds can also be spotted. You can recreate yourself by having Optional activities like spice plantation Tour, Bamboo Rafting, Trekking and Elephant ride. Overnight stay at Thekkady.

• Day 5 : THEKKADY - ALLEPPEY (HOUSEBOAT)

  Wake up to the lap of nature. Take a relaxed breakfast. Then proceed to Alleppey. By noon check in to the Houseboat for a 20 hour long cruise through the world famous backwaters of Kerala. Houseboat (Kettuvalloms) is a indigenously developed and designed private boat with fully furnished spacious bath attached bed rooms, hygiene kitchen ,dining area and private front deck to capture the beauty of the back waters. The cruise through palm fringed narrow canals, the unique life of the backwater people and above all the nature around you will make long lasting impressions in your mind.   After breakfast proceed to Kovalam.On the way you can watch the paddy fields and back water beauty.Check in to the hotel on arrival and relax.   Morning after breakfast proceeds to Trivandrum. Visit the famous Sri Padmanabha Swami Temple, Kuthira Malika Palace, The Royal Museum, Napier Museum and Zoo etc . Evening back at Kovalam. Free at Leisure on the beach. Overnight stay at Kovalam.

• Day 8 : KOVALAM - KANYAKUMARI - KOVALAM

  After breakfast proceed to Kanyakumari.Visit poovar island on the way.. if interested, proceed for boating at poovar island through the backwaters is sure to rob your mind.. later proceed to kanyakumari. Kanyakumari is located at the southern tip of the Indian subcontinent and represents the site where the spiritual leader Swami Vivekananda spent days in meditation upon a rock off of the coast. Suchithram Temple, Devi Kanyakumari Temple, Vivekananda Memorial, and Trivenisangamam are some of the sightseeing attractions in Kanyakumari. Evening retuning back to Kovalam. Overnight stay at your Hotel.
