Day 1 : Delhi - Shimla 380 Kilo Meter
On arrival at Delhi Airport / Railway Station catch the cab and then proceed towards The queen of Hills-, i.e. Shimla. On arrival in Shimla Check in the hotel. Evening free to explore the local market on your own. Dinner and overnight stay in the hotel. Shimla (2,205 meters, 7 234 ft), -The queen of Hills-, capital city of Himachal Pradesh is a popular tourist destination in India. The Britishers discovered it in 1819. They used to call Shimla their tiny bit of England. Shimla is the largest hill station and erstwhile (Summer Capital of British in India).. Moving through snow covered mountains, enchanting greenery and gulp of fresh air of Shimla, one can feel the rhythmic flow of silence filling their hearts.
Day 2 : Shimla - Kufri - Local Sightseeing - Shimla 25 Kilo Meter
Today morning after breakfast at 7-8 am proceed towards Kufri (Including Kufri Fun Campus). and nearby places like Advance Study & Kufri Fun Campus. Later in the afternoon at 3-4 pm return to Shimla. Then you are free to explore The Mall Road,Tara Devi Temple, Ridge, and Scandle Point. Lakkar Bazaar, Christ church and Lower Bazaar. Dinner & Overnight stay at the hotel.
Kufri -(Altitude 2622 m) known for its ski runs Kufri. 16kms away from Shimla, attracts the largest number of tourists who come to Shimla it has a backdrop of peaks covered with snow.
Kufri Fun Campus - The famous tourist destination of Kufri will now have an added attraction with the opening of an amusement park having facilities for adventure sports (30 activities, including karting, adventure sports, indoor games, sky swinger (32 metres height), haunted house, 5-D theatre, frish bee ride, bungy ejection for adults, bungy trampoline, swing it ride, wave train for kids, mini skater, kangaroo jump, moon walker and striking car, etc). It will be opened on ‘World Tourism Day’ on 27th September.
Himalayan Nature Park - The Himalayan Nature Park in Kufri, one of the popular locations around Shimla, is located at a distance of 16 km. The site renowned for its ski slopes is a natural habitat of rich flora and fauna with about 140 species. Along with the park, the state government has set up a Potato Research Centre. Spread over an area of 90 hectares, the Himalayan Nature Park was set up in 1992. Visitors can also see Snow Leopard, Yak, Ghoral, Samber, Himalayan Thar and Black Bear in the zoo. Along with the zoo and nature park, tourists can also engage in horse riding.
Green Valley - Green Valley is one of the most beautiful places in Shimla. Noted for its elite beauty, this is a stopover on the way to Kufri from Shimla. The place is ideal for photographing as it offers some of the most mesmerizing sights that nature has to offer. The criss-crossed mountains seem to have been blanketed under carpets of greens and it is one of the most photographed sights in Shimla.
The Mall - One can’t miss the mall in Shimla, it is not only a shopping centre but also a well maintained level of about 500m where people spend their leisure hours walking.
Day 3 : Shimla To Manali 280 Kilo Meter
Morning check out from the Hotel & drive to Manali (7-8 Hours). Arrive & transfer to hotel. Rest of the day free for leisure. Dinner and overnight stay in the Hotel. Soulful Manali ((2050 m, 6727ft) )offers something special for everyone. It gives peace for mediators, inspiration to Artists, Daring Activities for Adventure Seekers etc. On the way to Manali you experience the cool breeze of Manali already taking all your stress away, soothing you from calmness in the environment and surprising you by presenting its jaw- downed landscapes.
Day 4 : Manali & Local City Tour 3 - 4 Hours
Today morning after breakfast proceed towards half day city tour of Manali which includes-
Hadimba Devi Temple.- Manali has many attractions but the chief central of interest, historically and archaeologically, is undoubtedly the dungri temple dedicated to the goddess Hadimba , the Wife of Bheema of Mahabharata Fame, This is wooden temple, In the dense forest of magnificent deodar, is about 2.5 Kms from the Mall. It is a pleasant stroll to the temple which was built in 1553 A.D.
Vashisht(3.5 kms from Mall) Hot Sulphur Water springs - Renowned for its hot water and temples. The springs of Vashisht are believed to possess medicinal properties. The waters of the hot brooks are believed to heal skin diseases. Nearby is the pyramidal stone temple dedicated to vashisht Muni & lord Rama temple is also there.
Tibetan-Monastery (0.5 Kms) - This Gadhan Thekchoking Gompa dominates the Tibetan area around the bottom of the Mall in Manali. The Tibetan refugees built the Gompa in the late 1969. The main attraction of the monastery is the handicrafts of Tibetan artistry and the carpets that are woven and sold in the monastery.
Club House (2 Kms from Mall) - Located on the left bank of Manalsu Nallah. Club house is famous for a amusement activities like skating, Disco Theque etc. Club house is surrounded by various picnic spots. Later in the evening free to explore the Shopping Malls (Mall Road & IBEX Market) of Manali. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 5 : Rohtang Pass Upto Snow Line 2 - 3 Hours.
Rohtang Pass 51 kms (Altitude 3979 m) Full Day Sightseeing - is the highest point, situated on the highway to Keylong/Leh & considered as the gateway to Lahaul Spiti . The Tour covers some of the most attractive spots, panorama activities and spectacular sight of glaciers. On the way to rohtang pass cover Nehru kund, Palchang, Kothi, Gulaba, Rahla Water Falls, Marhi, Rani Nala .
Nehru kund: 5 kms. On National Highway to Leh,a natural spring of cold clear water named after Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru, who used to drink water from this spring during his stay in Manali. This spring is believed to originate from the Bhrigu lake situated high-up in the mountains.
Kothi: It is a pretty little village, 12 km from Manali on the Keylong road. There are very fine views from Kothi, and the Beas river flows through a very deep and narrow gorge at this point.
Gulaba Camp: 20 km from Manali, is this beautiful place famous for sightseeing, picnic and photography.
Rahala water falls: 30 kms. on way to Rohtang pass. If one goes to Marhi on foot from Kothi from the old road, the sight of the falls is fascinating. It is a good picnic spot as well.
Marhi: 35 kms. On way to Rohtang pass, picturesque point on the way to the Rohtang passes.
Rani Nala: 46 km from Manali. It is the glacier point where snow is available throughout the year. Afternoon at 4 - 5 pm return to Manali. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.
Note: The Rohtang sightseeing will be done upto snow Line only. In case the customers prefer sightseeing after Snow Line , extra Cab be hired on sharing basis on your own expense and risk)
Day 6 : Manali - Kullu - Dharamsala 270 Kilo Meter
After breakfast check out from the Hotel & drive to Dharamshala (2168 m) via Kullu (7-8hrs). Magnificently set to the background of the Dhauladhar Mountains and the seat of his holiness, the Dalai Lama (the leader of Tibetans since 1960).. Arrive & transfer to hotel. Evening free to explore the local market. Dinner & Overnight Stay at Hotel.
Day 7 : : Dharamshala Sightseeing - Dalhousie
After Breakfast, Check out from the hotel Drive to local sightseeing covering official residence of Dalai lama, McLeod Ganj etc. The village of McLeod Ganj lying in the upper reaches is known worldwide for the presence of the Tenzin Gyatso. In May 1960, the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) was moved to Dharamshala. After lunch drive to Dalhousie (4 hrs), situated at 2039 mts in the outer slopes of the Dhaula Dhar range with its natural beauty and natural surroundings. Arrive & transfer to hotel. Rest of the day at leisure to explore the Market. Dinner and overnight stay at the Hotel.
Day 8 : Dalhousie - Khajjiar - Dalhousie
After breakfast shall depart for Khajjiar known as Mini Switzerland of India, is surrounded by dense pine and Deodar forests , its beauty has further been enhanced by a small lake in the center with a floating island and 9-hole golf course here are the other interesting places to cover. Return to Dalhousie Hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at the Hotel.
Day 9 : Dalhousie - Amritsar 190 Kilo Meter
Today morning after breakfast at 9 check out from the hotel and drive to Amritsar Arrive at Amritsar Meet and Assist by Representative. You will be transferred to the Hotel, where you will Check In. Later you can visit Sri Harmandir Sahib, also known as Sri Darbar Sahib or Golden Temple. Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 10 : Amritsar Local Sightseeing
Enjoy the Morning After breakfast then move to Golden Temple, (Golden temple is one of the most important pilgrimage destinations in India. Considered as the ultimate place of the Sikh faith, the Golden temple of Amritsar attracts large number of devotees every year. Sikh devotees, for whom the Golden Temple is a symbol of freedom and spiritual independence, visit the Temple from all over the world to offer prayers. The Golden temple is also known as Harmandir Sahib, which means -the Temple of God-). Next moving to Jallianwala Bagh (A historical monument that tells the sad story of mass killing during the independence movement in India, Jallianwala Bagh is another must visit in Amritsar. Here lies the memorial of the martyrs of the 1919 massacre by British General Dyer). Dinner and overnight stay in Amritsar.
Day 11 : Amritsar - Delhi 480 Kilo Meter
After Breakfast check out from hotel, Drive to Bus stand and drive back to Delhi by CAB . Evening Reach in Delhi. Drop at airport or railway station. Tour end with unforgettable sweet memories-.
