Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : GUWAHATI - BHALUKPONG (5 HRS )

  Arrival at Guwahati Gopinath Bordolai Airport / Guwahati Railway Station and meet our representative. From there on go to visit Maa Kamakhya Temple. Then proceed to Bhalukpong. Bhalukpung is a small town located along the southern reaches of the Himalayas in West Kameng district of Arunachal Pradesh. After arriving at Bhalukpong you can visit Tipi Orchid Centre (if time permits). Check in to hotel and evening is free for leisure. Overnight stay at Bhalukpong.

• Day 2 : BHALUKPONG – DIRANG

  Early Morning you can do River rafting on Jia Bhorolee River. After that check out from hotel & directly proceed to Dirang. Dirang: is a charming city located in north-eastern state of Arunachal Pradesh. With beautiful apple orchards and impressive sheep breeding farms, Dirang holidays draw travellers for a welcome break ‘Hot-Water Spring’ of Dirang located 4 kms away from Dirang township enroute to Tawang was given a facelift on `10th November 2012 with a social service-cum-cleanliness drive initiated by Dirang General Administration with support from All Dirang. Students Union (ADSU) and general public of Dirang. later visit Santi valley. Evening you are free for leisure. You can visit local sightseeing. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 3 : DIRANG-TAWANG

  After breakfast, drive Dirang to Tawang. Selapass: Sela Pass, with a height of 13,714 ft, is one of the most visited places in entire Arunachal Pradesh. Considered to be heaven on earth, the Sela Mountain Pass in winter is entirely covered with snow. Before reaching this pass, the travelers are welcomed by another lake, which is known as the Paradise Lake. There are many scenic spots on the way to Tawang. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 4 : TAWANG

  Morning Visit Tawang Monastery, There are beautiful lakes around Tawang. One is Pankang Teng Tso P. T. Tso lake. Other eye catching lakes are Sangetser lake , Banggachang lake. Night stay at Tawang.

• Day 5 : TAWANG Bum;la Pass

  After breakfast, visit Bum La Pass. The Bum La Pass is located about 37 km away from Tawang in Arunachal Pradesh, at the Indo-China border above 16,500 ft above sea level. It is often covered with heavy snow throughout the year. It is one of the most off-beat passes in the world and is also referred to as the pass from where Dalai Lama entered India escaping from Tibet. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 6 : TAWANG – BOMDILA

  Morning after breakfast drive back to Bomdila enroute visit Nuranang Fall at Jang, GRL Monastery(Upper Gompha)- Hooked in the amongst the mighty mountainous ranges of Himalaya, Bomdila in Arunachal Pradesh is a mini paradise, with its Apple orchards, Buddhist gomphas and a magnificient view of the Kameng Valley.
  On Arrival check into the hotel Evening free at leisure. Overnight stay at Bomdila.

• Day 7 : BOMDILA – KAZIRANGA (05 HRS) APPROX

  This morning after breakfast checkout from hotel and directly proceed to Kaziranga National Park. Kaziranga National Park is a UNESCO world heritage site which is inhabited by the world's largest population of one-horned rhinoceros, as well as many mammals, including tigers, elephants, Asiatic buffalo, panthers, and thousands of birds. Arrive at Kaziranga and rest of the day free for leisure. Overnight stays at Kaziranga.

• Day 8 : Kaziranga National Park – Shillong

  Early morning explore any one zone of Kaziranga National Park on back of Elephant. Apart from the Rhino, other species found are Hog Deer, Swamp Deer, Wild Buffalo, Elephants and if you are lucky then tiger also. It is also home to pelicans, storks and darters as there are a number of water bodies inside the Park. in Route Visit Umium (Borapani) Lake , Police bazar to overnight stay at Shillong .

• Day 9 : Shillong to Cherrapunji

  After breakfast in the morning, we will proceed to Cherrapunji 56 Km, En-route visit elephant falls, later the wettest place on the earth. Enjoy a pleasant drive to see roaring waterfalls leaping into deep gorges, including the famed Nohsngithiang falls. The lovely town is also famous for its limetone caves & Orange honey. Watch the Dain-Thlen falls, Noh-Kalikai Falls, Noh-Sngithiang Falls, Seven sister fall & also drive to the Mawsmai Cave,Arwa Cave , Thangkharang Park and return back to your hotel in Cherrapunjee.

• Day 10 : Mawlynnong, Dawki back to Shillong

  Next morning after breakfast, you will be taken to Mawlynnlong. Mawlynnlong is known for being the cleanest village in Asia and also it has a living root bridge. These bridges are unique formations built by the secondary roots of the rubber trees. The local people net the roots with each other to form a ropeway like structure which after about 100 years becomes strong enough to be used as a bridge to cross the hilly streams. After the sightseeing you will be on your way to Dawki, which has the clearest river water in Asia. . Dawki is located on the border between India and Bangladesh. It is really hard to ignore the crystal clear water of the Umngot River. Boat ride in this pristine river is a major tourist attraction. Travellers enjoy being part of this magnificent scenery and enjoy nearby sights and sounds. Soothing natural beauty of this town and rushing water of Umngot River is a perfect combination for all kinds of visitors either looking for peace or for an adrenaline rush through adventure. After DAWKI you will be on your way back to shillong to the hotel. Overnight in shillong.

  Morning after breakfast Check- out from the hotel and Shillong sight-seeing - Don Bosco Museum, the Cathedral Church, Lady Hydri Park and Ward's Lake. later proceed for Guwahati Airport drop. /Guwahati Railway Station to catch the flight or board the train for onward destination
