• Day 1 : Chandigarh – Shimla

  On arrival at Chandigarh the Airport/Railway station from there you will meet and assist our representative and now you will be ready to “Hit the Queen of Hills “drive to Shimla (130 km, 03-04 hours journey). Travelling to Shimla is very exciting as it covers a few popular travel destinations on the wayon arrival at Shimla check in to hotel dinner & an overnight stay at hotel.

  After breakfast checkout from hotel you drive to local Shimla

It was built in 1553 and an enormous rock occupies the inside of the temple, only a 7.5 cm (3 inch) tall brass image representing goddess Hadimba Devi. Dinner & Overnight Stay.

• Day 6 : Manali – Solang Valley

  After Breakfast at the hotel drive to towards Solang Valley (12 km) from Manali visit Solang Valley andenjoy Rope way & other activities, paragliding, Zorbing .Dinner Overnight stay in Hotel.

  Solang Nala (Valley) drives its name from combination of words Solang (Nearby village)and Nullah (water stream). It is a side valley at the top of the Kullu Valley in Himachal Pradesh, India 14 km northwest of the resort town Manali on the way to Rohtang Pass, and is known for its summer and winter sport conditions. The sport’s most commonly offered are parachuting, paragliding, skating and Zorbing . Snow melts during the summer months startingMay and skiing is then replaced by Zorbing (a giant ball with room for 2 people which is rolled down a200 metre hill), paragliding, parachuting and horse riding. A ropeway was recently opened. Going to the summit can be possible by ATVs, Ropeway or Climbing (Trekking).

Vast tea plantation estates can be seen on the road to Dharamshala that belongs to Palampur Co-operative Tea Factory. The abundance of tea plantation hasmade Palampur the Tea Capital of North India. • Day 9 : Dalhousie -Khajiar - Dalhousie

  After breakfast at hotel proceed for full day sightseeing tour in Dalhousie drive to Khajiar, on the way visit panchpula, and then Kalatop Khajiar wildlifeSanctuary and Khajiar Lake. Evening visit mall road, dinner & overnight stay at hotel.
  
  Satdhara:
  Satdhara Falls located on the way to Panchpula is one of the most popular sightseeing attractions of Dalhousie. Satdhara is a mixture of seven streams believed to havehealing properties flow. This Lovely spot has acquired its name from the seven gorgeous springs.
  
  Jandri Ghat:
  Jandri Ghat is a home of beautiful heritage palace (The Residence of Governor of Chamba) wrapped in soothing greenery, Jandri Ghat is a real eye catching spot to everyone. This placecovered by the pine and deodar trees. It is also famous for picnic spots for the locals and tourist alike.

  Panchpula is a nice picnic spot near Dalhousie town and it’s around 3.5 km from Gandhi Chawk it is nice place to spend some time in evening. There are some waterfalls, water streams which ismust go place.
  
  Khajjiar:
  Khajjiar is a popular hill station about 26 km from Dalhousie in Himachal Pradesh. Khajjiar is also known as “Mini Switzerland or Gulmarg of Himachal Pradesh” One of the 160 places in the world that bear tropical resemblance to Switzerland, Dalhousie and Kalatop Wildlife Sanctuary among others. Indeed, trekking is the best way to explore Khajjiar. Zorbing, which involves rolling downhill from inside a plastic ‘zorb’, is a popular recreational activity during MAY and May. With its exotic flora and fauna, the Kalatop Wildlife Sanctuary is a delight for nature loversand wildlife photographers.

  After breakfast check out from the hotel now you will be ready to “Amritsar (202 km, 03 - 04 hour’s journey). Travelling to Amritsar is very exciting as it covers a few popular travel destinations on the way on arrival at Amritsar, after that you will proceed to visit ‘Wagha Border’ to see ‘Parade and Salami ,Golden Temple’,in the evening check in to hotel an overnight stay at hotel.

Policy Of YAARI TRAVELS

• Accommodation will be provided at the hotels mentioned or in similar range hotels.
• No discount will be provided after confirmation of the package.
• AC will not work in Hill Stations.
• Please carry your valid identity proof card containing your photographs at it is required at theairport and during check in to hotels.
• Pan card is not valid identity proof so please don’t carry it with you.
• In Himachal you cannot match the facilities & services of hotels to developed destinations. Hotels in Uttarakhand are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3* and so on.
• Category rooms will be booked in hotels until and unless specified in the quotation. In case the rooms are not available in selected hotels, rooms shall be booked in similar hotel or higher category rooms where you have to pay the difference.
• Meals Timing must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible.
• For early check in and late checkout payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.
• Check in and checkout time of most of the hotels is 2PM to 12PM and the number of meals including breakfast is always corresponding to the No. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
• Many hotels/resorts do not have lift/wifi/parking/heater so kindly inform us in advance if you are not comfortable.
• Many hotels charge extra, for room heater/hot water/wifi. Normal package does not include this so in that case these charges should be paid at hotels on direct basis.
• If meals are included in package it will be served at set menu basis in a buffet menu / fixed / meal credit. Any items which are not in their in ideal Buffet / Fixed menu will be charged extra at the time of consumption. Hotels MAYide the menu and options of items for menu. Some hotels having Meal credit policy instead of Buffet or Fixed Menu during low occupancy in hotel – This meal credit amount is MAYided by hotel management – if bills go above the given meal credit amount then extra amount should be paid directly at respective hotel. Room service for the food or packing is charged extra at many hotels.
• We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest or any such incidents.
• In some hill area roads driving after sunset and music is not allowed due to risk of life. Kindly cooperate for the same.
• Pick up and drop point will be one only (If multiple pickups and drop please mentions email conversation before booking).
• The above Quotation is only an offer and not confirmation of your bookings. If we are not able to get the original hotels, shall provide equivalent/ alternative hotels.
• No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road blocks or any other factor beyond our Company.

Booking & Payment Policy

• Pay 30% amount of the total package as a 2nd Instalments.
• Pay 15% initial amount as an advance to confirm the package.
• Pay 50% amount for Hotel Vouchers and complete your balance payment on the first or second day of arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation fees as below apply to the land packages and/or services.
• 30 days prior to arrival –50% of the Tour.
• 30-20 days prior to arrival – 75% of the Tour.
• 20-10 days prior to arrival – 90% of the Tour.
• Less than 07 days prior to arrival-No Refund.
• Advance Amount is Non refundable. We will adjust the amount on another trip.
• For any train or flights tickets involved, the refund will be applicable as per the advice cancellation policy at the time of booking.
