Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : MANALI

  On arrival in Manali, transfer to your hotel.
  Upon reaching your hotel, check-in and relax as rest of the day is free at leisure.
  Dinner and overnight stay at your hotel in Manali.

• Day 2 : MANALI – KEYLONG – JISPA (9 HRS - 160 KMS)

  Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
  Later, drive to Keylong. This high-altitude road beyond the great Himalayan range connects the densely fertile and green Kullu Valley to the stark barren region of Ladakh.
  The drive starts at Manali, slowly winding up mountain roads till Rohtang Pass at 3,950M which connects the Kullu to the Lahaul valley.
  On entering the Lahaul valley, we see a distinct change with the Hindu influence being replaced with the Buddhist religion. En route visit Tandi, where there is a confluence of the Chandra Bhaga (Chenab) River. Arrive at Jispa and check-in to your hotel.
  Overnight stay at your hotel in Jispa.

• Day 3 : JISPA – SARCHU - LEH (11 HRS – 330 KMS)

  Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
  After breakfast, leave for Leh. En route visit Sarchu, by crossing Deepak Tal and Suraj Tal (known as origin of Bhaga river) and cross Baralacha Pass (16020 feet). Arrive at Sarchu.
  After Sarchu, we will cross a number of passes. Climb up the Gatta Loops, a series of 21 hairpin bends carved into the mountainside and then after descending once again wind your way up the Lachung La pass (4985M above sea level).
  Drive through Skyangchu Thang (biggest and highest plateau on earth on a stretch of 42 Kms), Tanglang La Pass 17,585ft, second highest motorable road in the world, after climbing down drive along the banks of Indus river & Indus Valley. Arrive Leh by evening.
  Overnight stay at your hotel in Leh.

• Day 4 : LEH – SANGAM – HALL OF FAME – SHANTI STUPA - LEH

  Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
  After breakfast, visit Magnetic Hill and Pathar Sahib Gurudwara.
  In the evening, visit Hall of Fame - a glorious museum constructed by Indian army. You can see the memorabilia, eminent defence personalities with biographies, images and weapons used during the Kargil war.
  Later, visit Shanti Stupa - built in 1980s, it is a beautiful monument decorated with colourful paintings and enshrines large statues of Buddha.
  Before sunset, visit Shanti Stupa and enjoy the breath-taking views of the scenic city.
  Overnight stay at your hotel in Leh.

• Day 5 : LEH - NUBRA VALLEY (5 HRS – 120 KMS)

  Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
  After breakfast, drive to Nubra Valley, via Khardungla, one of the highest motorable road in the world, (18,380 ft.). Continue driving through Shyok River and arrive Hundur by late afternoon.
  In the evening, enjoy camel safari on the sand dunes.
  Overnight stay at your hotel in Nubra Valley.

• Day 6 : NUBRA VALLEY – LEH (5 HRS)

  Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
  After breakfast, visit Deskit Monastery and drive back to Leh by the same route. Reach Leh by late afternoon. Evening is free to explore the Leh market on your own.
  Overnight stay at your hotel in Leh.

• Day 7 : LEH - PANGONG LAKE (4 HRS ONE WAY – 140 KMS)

  Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
  After breakfast, leave for Pangong Lake (14,500 feet) through Changla Pass 17,350 feet (3rd highest motorable road in the world). Spend time at the banks of Pangong Lake. This lake of Pangong is 5/6 kilometres wide and over 144 kilometres long and is shared by two countries (25% India and 75% China).
  Overnight stay at your hotel near Pangong Lake.

• Day 8 : PANGONG LAKE – LEH - LOCAL SIGHTSEEING (SHEY – THIKSEY)

  Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
  After breakfast, drive to Leh. En route visit the famous Shey Palace & Monastery - This summer palace of the erstwhile King of Leh is set upon a hill. The monastery itself has a 7.5-meter-high, copper statue of a sitting Buddha, wrought in gold. This is the largest of its kind in the world.
  Later, visit Thiksey Monastery - 19 Kms from Leh, Thiksey Monastery is one of the largest and most impressive Gompas of Ladakh. The Thiksey monastery provides a panoramic view of the green Indus Valley from its vantage point atop a hill. It has chambers full of statues, Stupas and colourful Tankhas.
  Overnight stay at your hotel in Leh.

• Day 9 : LEH – KARGIL. (8 HRS – 220 KMS)

  Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
  After breakfast, leave for Kargil. En route enjoy spectacular views of the moon landscape, and visit Lamayuru (Oldest Monastery in Ladakh) and Giant Maitreya Buddha at Mulbekh. Arrive at Kargil by late evening.
  Overnight stay at your hotel in Kargil.

• Day 10 : KARGIL – DRASS – SONAMARG – SRINAGAR. (8HRS – 204 KMS)

  Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
  After early breakfast by 5.00 am, drive to Srinagar passing through Drass, the second coldest inhabited place on earth. Here you can have spectacular views of Kargil War famous peaks Tiger Hill and Tololing Peak.
  On arrival at Srinagar, check-in to your houseboat.
  Overnight stay in your houseboat in Srinagar.

• Day 11 : DEPARTURE FROM SRINAGAR

  Today, transfer to the airport for your flight.

  Please do not book any travel plan with them. Sunmark holiday is cheater. They take your money and do not book your travel package. They charge you for 3 star hotel and make you stay in Dharmshala saying your hotel is cancelled and do not return money also.
