Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : HO CHI MINH ARRIVAL

  Arriving at Tan Son Nhat airport, we will greet you at airport with ‘Welcome’ sign board, and then you will be transferred to hotel in Ho Chi Minh city. You will have the rest of the day to decompress after a long flight. We encourage you to get out and explore the city surrounding the hotel. There is lots of great food options nearby, and after a nice exotic meal you can find yourself a wonderful $10 massage, or grab a few cold beers from the roadside stalls and watch as people pass you by.
  
  Overnight in Ho Chi Minh

• Day 2 : EXPLORE MEKONG DELTA FULLDAY

  Over 60 million people depend on the Mekong Delta as their primary source of income or sustenance, and it connect 6 different countries. We will pick you up from your hotel in Ho Chi Minh city and then transfer to My Tho, on a 2.5 hour drive.
  
  On arrival at My Tho, after visiting Vinh Trang pagoda, take a motor boat to enter My Tho city, through Bao Dinh natural canal. Take a leisurely cruise on the Tien River to view the four beautiful islands known as the Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Tortoise islands.Visit the coconut candy mill and take a boat trip along the small canal on a hand-rowed sampan under the shadow of the water coconut trees along natural canals.
  
  Enjoy lunch at the local restaurant, then enjoy seasonal fruit & honey tea to the sound of "Southern Vietnamese folk music", performed by locals.
  
  Meet at the bus and return to Ho Chi Minh City. This trip provides a fascinating insight into daily life in the Mekong Delta.

• Day 3 : COOKING CLASS – NIGHT TRAIN TO NHA TRANG

  In the morning, we will pick you up and start market visit :our Vietnamese Chef will guide us through the colorful and vibrant Ben Thanh market to purchase the ingredients we will use during the cooking lesson.
  
  Then we will start Cooking Class
  –We will use Vietnamese kitchenware to realize and enjoy a tasty 3 – 4 courses meal.
  -Complimentary dessert & free flow of water.
  -Nice folder with detailed recipes.
  All Chefs and team are fluent in English.
  
  Cooking class will finish at around 12:30 – 1:00 P.M
  
  Then we will back to hotel and you are free at leisure to explore Ho Chi Minh by yourself. Then we transfer to the railway station for a night train to Nha Trang.

• Day 4 : NHA TRANG BEACH TOWN

  Arrival in Nha Trang in the early morning, our driver will pick up at the train station and transfer you to your hotel.
  
  There is plenty to keep you busy in Nha Trang, with it’s beautiful white sand beaches you may just want to relax on the beach all day too. In the evening there are big food markets, or try out a nice luxury seafood buffet at one of the top hotel chains.

• Day 5 : NHA TRANG BEACH TOWN

  You have the entire day to spend however your heart desires. Nha Trang has some world class diving and snorkeling spots and compared to a lot of other tropical seaside countries it’s very reasonably priced.
  
  In the evening Nha Trang is host to many great skyrise rooftop lounges where you can enjoy a fancy cocktail and take in the views from above.

• Day 6 : NHA TRANG BEACH TOWN

  You have one more free day to spend in Nha Trang and relax. Some great suggestions for the day could be a nice relaxing one. There are the famous mud spas, where you sit in a giant tub of mud, chalked full of minerals and nutrients that are great for your skin. Once you are done sitting in the warm mud, you can lay in the sun and let it bake into your skip, followed my a mineral soak. You’ll feel smooth and fresh as the day you were born. Other highlights include VinpearlLand, an amusement/water/theme park on an island connected by cable cars, the Sailing club is a great spot to have a posh afternoon, or take a trip to some of the nearby waterfalls.
  
  Overnight in Nha Trang

• Day 7 : NHA TRANG – FLY TO DA NANG – HOI AN

  You will be transferred to airport for flight to Da Nang. Our driver will transfer you to Hoi An.

• Day 8 : HOI AN – MY SON SANCTUARY

  In the morning, our bus and tour guide pick you up at your hotel (in Hoi An ancient town area) depart for My Son Holy land. We will spend 2 hours to enjoy and discover the beauty of Ancient buildings, of the Champa Kingdom. My Son is the Holy Land surrounded by the marvelous mountains, 48km west of Hoi An. My Son was chosen as a religious center, built in the late 4th century under the Cham’s King Bhadravaman. It is a huge religious complex with over 70 towers and temples of different architectures. Wander through the elaborate carvings and sculptures of the Cham people, tourists are welcomed at the Old Tower of the Cham.
  
  12:00 -14:00 : Leaving My Son for Cau Lau boat station and taking a boat trip on Thu Bon river .You will visit a village to see the lifestyle of the local people here. You will have lite lunch onboard, before the boat stops at Kim Bong Carpentry Village – named so after the traditional job of the villagers you will be visiting.
  
  The boat trip will finish at Bach Dang Boat station and you will be walked back to your hotel.

• Day 9 : HOI AN – DA NANG FLY TO HANOI – TASTE OF HANOI

  You are free until it is time to be transferred to the airport for your flight to Hanoi. Our driver will holding a ‘welcome’ signboard with your name on, then they will transfer you to your hotel in Hanoi for check in. We will experience Hanoi cuisine in a local restaurant.

• Day 10 : HANOI – HALONG BAY WORLD HERITAGE - OVERNIGHT ON CRUISE

  With over 1600 islets, countless towering limestone karsts and hidden jungle caves, Vietnam’s “Bay of Descending Dragons” is a must-see destination for every traveller to Southeast Asia. Stay for 1 night in the bay aboard a Halong Bay cruise to experience all that this magical landscape has to offer.
  
  At 8am, we will fetch you from your hotel, to head to Halong Bay. We will arrive slightly before noon, at the Halong Bay Pier, where you will be transferred to the cruise ship. Once on board the ship, you will be provided a welcome drink, followed by cruise briefing and safety instructions, conducted by the host of the boat. After that, you will check in your cabin.
  
  Lunch will be served on board while cruising and passing by Dog islet, Fighting Cock islet (symbol of Halong Bay), Hoa Cuong fishing village, and Swan islet. After lunch, the ship will continue exploring the wonders of Halong bay, passing by countless islands including Soi Sim Island, Coconut Tree Island.
  
  We will anchor the vessel at Frog Pond area, where you can take time to explore this beautiful scenery by kayaking through the majestic scenery and swimming in emerald coloured water.
  
  Relax on the sundeck with some cocktails, complimented by a variety of tropical fruits and best local wines. Then attend a cooking demonstration with our chef to learn one of the most popular cuisines in Vietnam: spring rollsFor dinner, we specially prepare a meal to reward your taste buds and stomach. • Day 11 : HALONG BAY WORLD HERITAGE - HANOI

  Wake up to a refreshing morning with an organized Tai Chi class scheduled at 6.30am. Once, we have revived our bodies with smooth, deliberate, flowing movements, you may enjoy a light breakfast with our assorted homemade pastries, along with coffee, tea or fresh fruit juices.
  
  We will move next on to Sung Sot Cave, where you will have the option to climb up and down 600 steps, to the magnificent limestone formations of the most beautiful and biggest cave in Halong bay. After the visit to the cave, you will check out of the cabin, and settle your bill, if you have incurred any additional expenses, like drinks or snacks in the bar.A beautiful lunch will be served as the ship cruises back to the Halong Bay harbour.
  
  Our coach will pick you up and return back to Hanoi. ETA to be about 5pm, if the traffic is cooperative.

CANCELLATION

We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your trip to Viland Trave, however we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen.

In the event of cancellation, the cancellation fee will be applied as below:

More than 45 days prior to departure: The total deposit paid to us (30% of tour value) will act as your cancellation fee to cover hotel charges and organization fees. (Because to book accommodations for your tour, we need to pre pay for all hotels as in your itinerary)
07 – 14 days: 22 - 45 days prior to departure: 60% on total value of the Tour Cost charged, due to hotel charges for no-shows and organizing fees.
01 – 06 days: Within 1-22 days prior to departure: 100% on total charged.
No-Show: 100% on total charge.
After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your willingness, early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.

Viland Travel™ Cancellation received up to 45 days before departure.
You need to pay more if the cancellation of a member in your tour group causes the change of the Tourist Class.
