Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu
Arrive in Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal, and transfer to your hotel. Spend the day exploring the vibrant streets, visiting historical sites, and preparing for the trek. Attend a pre-trek briefing with your trekking agency.

Day 2 : Flight to Lukla and Trek to Phakding (2,652m/8,700ft)
Take an early morning flight to Lukla, a small airstrip in the mountains. Begin your trek and descend towards the Dudh Koshi River. Pass through picturesque Sherpa villages and reach Phakding for an overnight stay.

Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Day 3 : Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,283ft)
Cross several suspension bridges and follow the trail along the river. Ascend through beautiful pine forests, catch glimpses of Everest, and arrive at Namche Bazaar, a vibrant Sherpa town.

Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Day 4 : Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar
Spend a day in Namche Bazaar for acclimatization. Take a short hike to the Everest View Hotel or explore the town, visiting the Sherpa Museum and local markets. Enjoy panoramic mountain views.

Day 5 : Trek to Tengboche (3,870m/12,694ft)
Continue your trek with stunning views of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. Descend to the Dudh Koshi River, cross a suspension bridge, and ascend through rhododendron forests to Tengboche. Visit the famous Tengboche Monastery.

Day 6 : Trek to Dingboche (4,360m/14,300ft)
Descend through forests and cross the Imja Khola River. Ascend gradually through the village of Pangboche and reach Dingboche, surrounded by beautiful landscapes.

Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Day 7 : Acclimatization Day in Dingboche
Another day for acclimatization in Dingboche. Take a hike to Nagarjun Hill or Chukkung Ri for stunning views of mountains, glaciers, and the Imja Valley.

Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Day 8 : Trek to Lobuche (4,940m/16,207ft)
Resume your trek, crossing the Khumbu Khola. Pass through Duglha and hike along the lateral moraine of the Khumbu Glacier. Reach Lobuche, nestled amidst towering peaks.

Day 9 : Trek to Everest Base Camp (5,364m/17,598ft) and Gorak Shep (5,164m/16,942ft)
Today is a challenging day as you trek to Everest Base Camp. Walk on the Khumbu Glacier and witness the mesmerizing Khumbu Icefall. After reaching Base Camp, retrace your steps to Gorak Shep for an overnight stay.

Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Day 10 : Hike to Kala Patthar (5,545m/18,192ft) and Trek back to Pheriche (4,371m/14,340ft)
Early in the morning, hike up to Kala Patthar, the highest point of the trek, to witness a spectacular sunrise over Everest and its neighboring peaks. Descend to Pheriche for the night.

Day 11 : Trek Back to Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,283ft)
Retrace your steps and descend through Pangboche and Tengboche to reach Namche Bazaar.

Day 12 : Trek to Lukla
Descend further to Lukla, following the Dudh Koshi River. Celebrate the successful completion of your trek with your fellow trekkers and guides.

Day 13 : Flight to Kathmandu
Take a morning flight back to Kathmandu. Enjoy your free time exploring the city, shopping for souvenirs, or indulging in Nepalese cuisine.

Day 14 : Departure from Kathmandu
It's time to say goodbye to Nepal. Depart from Kathmandu with wonderful memories of your Everest Base Camp Trek.
