Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : GUWAHATI AIRPORT – SHILLONG (ASSAM – MEGHALAYA)

  Upon arrival at Guwahati airport, You will received by our executive and proceed to Shillong (130 kms / 3 hrs drive), Enroute stop at the scenic view point of the Umiam lake (the largest manmade lake in Northeast India) (Boating on your own cost), Reach Shillong and check into your pre booked hotel. Day at rest and leisure (Lunch and Dinner on your own)
  Overnight stay in Shillong.

• Day 2 : SHILLONG – MAWSYNRAM – MAWPHLANG – CHERRAPUNJEE (MEGHALAYA)

  This morning after breakfast at hotel drive to Mawphlang to explore the Mawphlang Sacred Forest (40kms), also drive further to Mawsynram, world’s wettest place(20 kms) and explore the area and later drive to Cherrapunjee. (Lunch and Dinner on your own)
  Overnight stay in Cherrapunjee.

  Today after relaxed breakfast proceed to visit Seven Sister Falls, The Nohkalikai Falls (the fourth highest falls in theworld), Mawsmai Limestone Cave, Arwah Cave, Dainthlen Falls, Thankarang Park and Krem Falls. (Lunch and Dinner on your own)
  Overnight stay in Cherrapunjee.

• Day 4 : CHERRAPUNJEE - DAWKI – MAWLLYNNONG – SHILLONG (MEGHALAYA)

  This morning after breakfast check out from Cherrapunjee hotel and start drive to Dawki (85 Kms3 hrs) and visit the Indo-Bangla border and enjoy the boat ride at Umngot River.(Boating on your own cost), Post lunch proceed to Mawllynnong village (World’s Cleanest Village) and also trek for 10 min to visit the Single Decker Living Root Bridge in Riwai village. Later proceed to Shillong and before reaching enroutevisit Elephant Falls. (Lunch and Dinner on your own)

• Day 5 : SHILLONG – TEZPUR (245 Kms 6 Hours State Meghalaya to Assam)

  Today after breakfast check out from Shillong Hotel and start drive to Tezpur, Upon reaching Tezpur check into your pre booked hotel to break the long Journey to reach Arunachal. Day at rest or leisure.(Lunch and Dinner on your own)Overnight stay in Tezpur.

• Day 6 : TEZPUR – DIRANG (200 Kms 6 Hours State Assam to Arunachal Pradesh)

  This morning after relaxed breakfast check out from Tezpur Hotel and proceed to Dirang(06hrs drive) via Kalakthang Road, Will cross the Bomdila Town and follow the road to Dirang, Upon arrival at Dirang visit the Dirang Dzong (which was the administrative centre of the Monpa and Tibetan culture long time ago), visit Dirang Monastery.Check into you hotel. Evening at leisure.(Lunch and Dinner on your own)Overnight stay in Dirang.

• Day 7 : DIRANG – TAWANG (130 Kms 4 hours ARUNACHAL PRADESH)

  Today morning after breakfast check out from Dirang hotel and proceed to Tawang (4 hrs journey but will includeenroute sightseeing) After driving for 4 ½ hrsapprox.Reach Sella Pass (located at 13476 ft.),take a stopover at Sela Pass for some time and visit the Sela Lake (Paradise Lake) in Sela Pass, Here after spending some time proceed further and stop at JaswantGarh(This war memorial stands in memory of rifleman Jaswant Singh Rawat, Mahavir Chakra Awarded (Posthumous) of the 4th Battalion of Garhwal Rifles Infantry Regiment. Jaswant showed his valor by fighting and holding the invading Chinese back for 72 hours all alone during the 1962 India-China war and remained at his post at an altitude of about 10,000 feet before succumbing to an enemy bullet during that bloody winter war. The post that he held to repulse the Chinese troops has been renamed JaswantGarh in recognition of his valor and sacrifice), The next stoppage is to visit Nurarang Falls or Jung Falls (please do note that in winter month the fall has very less water and also because of the Power Plant project of Nurarang), Spend some time here with having a hot cup of tea and munches later continue to Tawang (02 hrs drive from Jung), Arrive Tawang and check into your pre booked hotel, evening at leisure.   This morning after breakfast check out from Bomdila Hotel and drive straight to BhalukpongUpon arrival visit TIPI ORCHID Centre and look at the variety of Orchids found in the region collected at one place, later take a stopover at some scenic spots as per choice for photography also tea break.
