  • Day 7 : DANANG - HOIAN AN ANCIENT TOWN

    Arrival in Danang railway station in the early morning, our driver will pick up and transfer you to Hoian by 45 minute drive. You are free at leisure to explore Hoian ancient town or ride bicyle to An Bang beach.

  • Day 8 : HOI AN – MY SON SANCTUARY

    In the morning, our bus and tour guide pick you up at your hotel (in Hoi An ancient town area) depart for My Son Holy land. We will spend 2 hours to enjoy and discover the beauty of Ancient buildings at of the Champa Kingdom with our tour guide. My Son is the Holy Land surrounded by the marvelous mountains, 48km west of Hoi An. My Son was chosen as a religious center, built in the late 4th century under the Cham’s King Bhadravaman. It is a huge religious complex with over 70 towers and temples of different architectures. Wander through the elaborate carvings and sculptures of the Cham people, tourists are welcomed at the Old Tower of the Cham.

    12:00 -14:00 : Leaving My Son for Cau Lau boat station and taking a boat trip on Thu Bon river .You will visit a village to see the lifestyle of the local people here. You will have soft lunch on the boat before the boat stop at Kim Bong Carpentry Village – The traditional job of the villagers you will be visiting.

    The boat trip will finish at Bach Dang Boat station and you will be walked back to your hotel.

  • Day 9 : HOI AN – DA NANG - FLY TO HANOI

    You are free a leisure until be transferred to airport for flight to Hanoi. Our driver will hold welcome signboard with your name on then transfer to hotel in Hanoi for check in.

  • Day 10 : HANOI – HALONG WORLD HERITAGE - OVERNIGHT ON CRUISE

    With over 1600 islets, countless towering limestone karsts and hidden jungle caves, Vietnam’s “Bay of Descending Dragons” is a must-see destination for every traveller to Southeast Asia. Stay for 1 night in the bay aboard a Halong Bay cruise to experience all that this magical landscape has to offer.

    At 8am, we will fetch you from your hotel, to head to Halong Bay. We will arrive slightly before noon, at the Halong Bay Pier, where you will be transferred to the cruise ship. Once on board the ship, you will be provided a welcome drink, followed by cruise briefing and safety instructions, conducted by the host of the boat. After that, you will check in your cabin.

    Lunch will be served on board while cruising and passing by Dog islet, Fighting Cock islet (symbol of Halong Bay), Hoa Cuong fishing village, and Swan islet. After lunch, the ship will continue exploring the wonders of Halong bay, passing by countless islands including Soi Sim beach, Coconut Tree Island.

    We will anchor the vessel at Frog Pond area, where you can take time to explore this beautiful scenery by kayaking through the majestic scenery and swimming in emerald coloured water.

    Relax on the sundeck with some cocktails, complimented by a variety of tropical fruits and best local wines. Then attend a cooking demonstration with our chef to learn one of the most popular cuisines in Vietnam: spring rolls. If you don’t want to cook, you can refresh yourself in the Jacuzzi.

    For dinner, we specially prepare a 11-course meal to reward your taste buds and stomach. After that, you can engage in various evening activities, such as relaxing at leisure, doing squid fishing, going for spa services and dipping into the Jacuzzi.

  • Day 11 : HALONG – HANOI

    Wake up to a refreshing morning with an organized Tai Chi class scheduled at 6.30am. Once, we have revived our bodies with smooth, deliberate, flowing movements, you may enjoy a light breakfast with our assorted homemade pastries, along with coffee, tea or fresh fruit juices.

    We will move next on to Sung Sot Cave, where you will have the option to climb up and down 600 steps, to the magnificent limestone formations of the most beautiful and biggest cave in Halong bay. After the visit to the cave, you will check out of the cabin, and settle your bill, if you have incurred any additional expenses, like drinks or snacks in the bar.

    A beautiful brunch buffet will be served as the ship cruises back to the Halong Bay harbour.

    Our coach will pick you up and return back to Hanoi. ETA to be about 5pm, if the traffic is cooperative.

  • Day 12 : HANOI FREE AT LEISURE – FLY TO SIEM REAP

    You are free at leisure until your driver will transfer you to the airport for flight to Siem Reap. Pick up from the airport and transfer to the hotel for check in. Overnight at the hotel in Siem Reap

  • Day 13 : FULLDAY EXPLORE ANGKOR TEMPLES

    After breakfast, we begin to visit Angkor Wat the “7th Wonders’ of the World” and the world largest temple with excellent masterpiece of carvings, sculptures and perfect structure. Enjoy lunch at local restaurant.

    After lunch, we visit the impressive South Gate of Angkor Thom. Then, we visit Bayon temple , the second main temple of Cambodia after Angkor Wat. After that, we visit Baphoun which is an enormous Hindu mountain temple constructed in early 11th century.

    Next, we walk along the Terrace of the Elephants and Terrace of the Leper King. After that, we explore Ta Prom, another Buddhist temple covered by dense tropical forest where Tomb Raider Movie was filmed. Visit Banteay Kdei, a grand Buddhist temple built in late 12th century. Sras Srong, 1000 year old man-made lake. Enjoy sunset Pre Rup Temple. Back to town, Buffet dinner with Khmer traditional show at local restaurant and overnight in Siem Reap.

Payment Terms & Methods : DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

1. Pay by Bank transfer

Bank transfer is one of the popular ways of paying for goods or services these days, and because it can be done either in person in the local branch of your bank or using your online banking service it is both flexible in how it works but also secure.

Paying via bank transfer is simpler than you probably think it is. Bank transfers can be made from any branch of your bank or using your online banking services provided you have access to your bank’s online service. We will provide for you our bank account and it is easy for you to make your money transaction. After you are complete works at your bank branch you will inform us your transaction information by email and your transfer bank slips. We need 3 – 5 days for complete money collection from our bank before sending the payment confirmation to you.

2. Paying by PayPal

If you transfer money from a USD account opened outside the U.S., add 3.9% + U.S. $ 0.3 as PayPal fees to your total.

If the transfer was made from an account not in dollars, add 3.9% + 2.5% (exchange fee) + U.S. $ 0.3 as PayPal fees to your total.

To avoid the complication for our customers, we will count those costs and add to your order

Note: When Paypal or have reason to doubt that your payment is fraudulent, we have the right to keep your reservation and ask for another payment method.

Special Notice: Viland Travel mostly uses PayPal for refund the services. Since Paypal is so easy and any individual can work with, VTT does not receive payment by Paypal as we use our System of Onepay.vn that only the REAL companies can use with Logo, trade mark in any voucher you pay.

3. Pay by credit card

With Visa or Master Card - Viland Travel™ is supported by the payment system of Viland Group., Jsc. All of your card information is processed through SSL protocol with international card security standard. Your card information will not be stored at our system (merchant) but MasterCard with international security standard.

After you have received your Order from us through a link, please check the information of the Order. If all the information is correct, please read & agree with Terms and Conditions before clicking to pay.
You will be redirected to OnePAY Payment Gateway to pay us online with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB Card .

Note: In some cases, your transaction may be not successful due to:
- In correct card information
- Not enough credit balance (daily or monthly)

4. Money transfer via third party

Many of our customers may not be familiar with paying via money transfer agency such as: May Bank, Western Union, Money Gram…but It is so fast and efficient.

You will come to money transfer agency and then simply fill in the form as required. We will provide you the recipient information. Completely works with your branch you need to send us following information:

MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number)
Full name of the sender (first name, middle name and last name)
Full address of the sender
The sum of money
Your order number (Or the answer for your secure question)
Notice: We will confirm your payment with you when we successfully withdraw money from the local agency.

5. PAYMENT& DEPOSIT

A deposit of 30% or 50% (Depend on accommodation type included on itinerary) of the tour value or US$ 300 per person by credit card or bank transfer plus bank charges (processing fees) is required upon confirmation of your booking (If this amount is less than US$500, we would suggest you to pay us in full before you arrive). Once a deposit is received it is understood that you have read, understood and accepted all our Terms and Conditions.

The remaining balance of the tour value (70%) is due upon your arrival in indochinaprivatetours, payable at our office. Cash is preferred to reduce any processing fees that may affect your cost.

6. CHILD DISCOUNT

Free of charge for one child who is under the age of four years old when accompanied by at least two full paying adults and share the same room with them. This discount is subject to availability for airfares and will be charged if any usage of airfare on tour.

A tour price of 75% of full paying adult will be charged for one child from 4 to 11 year old when accompanied by at least two full paying adults and stays in the same room. An extra bed is provided without any payment.

Children at the age of twelve or older will be charged as an adult. Please be prepared to show appropriate identification clearly stating the date of birth when confirming the services.
Cancellation & Refund Policy :CANCELLATION

We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your trip to Viland Trave, however we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen.

In the event of cancellation, the cancellation fee will be applied as below:

More than 45 days prior to departure: The total deposit paid to us (30% of tour value) will act as your cancellation fee to cover hotel charges and organization fees. (Because to book accommodations for your tour, we need to pre pay for all hotels as in your itinerary)
07 – 14 days: 22 - 45 days prior to departure: 60% on total value of the Tour Cost charged, due to hotel charges for no-shows and organizing fees.
01 – 06 days: Within 1-22 days prior to departure: 100% on total charged.
No-Show: 100% on total charge.
After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your willingness, early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.


SPECIAL NOTES:

Viland Travel™ Cancellation received up to 45 days before departure.
You need to pay more if the cancellation of a member in your tour group causes the change of the Tourist Class.
