This Namibia, Botswana and Zimbabwe tour allows you to take in all the best natural attractions these beautiful countries have to offer, in the comfort of your own private vehicle. You will spend 15 days travelling all the way round Namibia taking in famous sights such as Dead Vlei, Kalahari Desert, Namib Desert, and Swakopmund. You will also enjoy a visit to the famous Victoria Falls, and you will also undertake a unique safari in the stunning Chobe National Park.
Day 1 : Namib Desert
You will be met by your private guide when you arrive and they will be with you all the way to the end of the safari. Today you will drive south from Windhoek to your lodge for the evening. The route, if time is available, will go via the beautiful Spreetshoogte Pass where the view from the top of the escarpment is stunning.
Day 2 : Namib Desert
Your guide will wake you up for an early breakfast and then you will head to the entrance to Sossusvlei, the Sesriem Gate. Normally you would spend the morning in the beautiful area and return to the lodge for lunch. However, you can arrange a lunch pack to enjoy in the dunes area where you can visit Sossusvlei, Dead Pan, Dune 45 Sesriem Canyon and lots more.
Day 3 : Swakopmund/Walvis Bay
You will depart after breakfast and head north to Solitaire, then west crossing the Tropic of Capricorn, through the Gaub and Kuiseb Canyons via the Namib Gravel Plains to the Skeleton Coast. The Namibian coastline is generally known as The Skeleton Coast due to the barren areas, ship wrecks and, in days gone by, whale skeletons left on the beach. 1 full day is set aside for this lovely area where Swakopmund and Walvis Bay offer a wide range of activities such as: • Dolphin Cruise • Sandwich harbour excursion … a real Skeleton Coast experience • Dune quad biking and dune boarding • Sea kayaking • Scenic flights • Fun fishing …. Day 4 : Swakopmund/Walvis Bay

Day 5 : Damaraland
Head north along the Skeleton Coast, via Henties Bay to visit the Cape Cross seal colony. Along the way, stop at the Lichen Fields as well as the ship wreck between the colourful small town of Vlotskasbaken and Henties Bay. You then backtrack to Henties Bay and head inland through wide open plains to Uis, then north to the Twyfelfontein area. Late afternoon (or tomorrow morning) visit Namibia’s Open Air Museum, the Twyfelfontein Rock Engravings as well as the interesting Organ Pipes rock formations and Burnt Mountain. In addition, your guide will take your for a drive west to the Huab River to look for the desert adapted elephants as well as other game such as oryx, springbok, ostrich and lots more
Day 6 : Etosha National Park
After breakfast, head east via Khorixas and Outjo to the southern edge of the Etosha National Park. If time permits, a game drive into Etosha is planned. Etosha is one of Africa's great game parks. With 114 species of mammal and 340 species of birds you are sure to see a great variety of wildlife on your safari.
Day 7 : Etosha National Park
The 7th day is a full day game drive as you drive slowly east through the Etosha Park stopping at numerous waterholes along the way. The first stop would be Okaukuejo where you pay your entry fee and we suggest you pop in at the local shop to purchase some drinks and snacks and most importantly, a map of Etosha which will show you all the waterholes along the way. Take a slow drive in the morning and ending for lunch at the Halali Resort which is half way between Okaukuejo and the eastern exit gate.
Day 8 : Etosha National Park
The 8th day is also set aside for game viewing, either all day or AM and PM. These are self-drive drives but you can arrange at the lodge to go with their open safari vehicle and guide (extra). Good places to visit in the eastern side.
Day 9 : West Caprivi
Depart Etosha and drive east to Grootfontein, then north to Rundu (re-fuel) and then east again to Bagani, close to the Popa Falls. This is a long day but good to “get under the belt”, 7-8 hours in total which includes a few stops.
Day 10 : West Caprivi
The 10th day is set aside for a drive to the beautiful Mahangu Game Reserve, it’s not very big but stunning as you drive along the Okavango River. Optional extras would be a sunset boat cruise and/or a Kavango Village visit.
Day 11 : East Caprivi
Depart after breakfast and head east through the West Caprivi, entering East Caprivi at the Kwando River Bridge. The afternoon is free to relax at the lodge or to partake (optional extra) on a boat cruise on the Kwando River.
Day 12 : Chobe Game Reserve
Head north to Katima Mulilo where your Namibia section of this holiday ends. A company based In Katima Mulilo, will transfer you to Botswana - Kasane which is the town close to the Chobe Game Reserve. Here you will spend 2 nights, with a full day set aside next to the Chobe River. You have one guided game drive into the Chobe Game Reserve as well as a game viewing boat ride on the Chobe River, which is an amazing experience. *Please note that Chobe Reserve park entry fees are not included and payable direct as this can change any time and cannot be arranged in advance
Day 13 : Chobe Game Reserve
Head north to Katima Mulilo where your Namibia section of this holiday ends. A company based In Katima Mulilo, will transfer you to Botswana - Kasane which is the town close to the Chobe Game Reserve. Here you will spend 2 nights, with a full day set aside next to the Chobe River. You have one guided game drive into the Chobe Game Reserve as well as a game viewing boat ride on the Chobe River, which is an amazing experience. *Please note that Chobe Reserve park entry fees are not included and payable direct as this can change any time and cannot be arranged in advance
Day 14 : Victoria Falls
Check with the hotel reception re timing as today they will transfer you to Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe. Your guide will assist with the border crossing which is an experience in itself! The lodge (or your consultant) can arrange for a visit to the Victoria Falls either this afternoon or tomorrow morning. For the evening a good suggestion is a sunset Zambezi boat cruise (optional extra). We recommended that if you have time that you extend this holiday by 1-2 days as there is so much to be done in this area: • Elephant rides • Scenic flights … fixed wing and helicopter • Traditional village and curio shops • For the adventurous … white water rafting, bungee jumping, canoeing and lots more • Bridge Tours For an amazing end, we will arrange for you to have dinner at The Boma Restaurant with it African flavour, action, music and general atmosphere is just amazing.
Day 15 : Home
Today at an agreed time we will arrange for you to be transported to
