Day 1 : Johannesburg - Botswana

Picking You Up Very Early From Your Lodges/Backpackers And Leaving Johannesburg At 5:00, We Make Our Way To Skilpadhek And Into Botswana. We Drive Through The Country Side Of Botswana Up To Kang Where We Will Put Up Camp At Kalahari Campsite.

Day 2 : Botswana - Namibia

We Leave From Kang At 5:00, After Coffee And Rusks, To Buitepos Border Post And Into Namibia. We Make Our Way Through Gobabis To Windhoek, Where We Will Put Up Camp At Monteiro Camp. Please Remember That These Two Days Are A Very Long Drive.

Day 3 : Windhoek

Pick Up The Others That Do The Fly In At 08H00 From Their Lodges/ Backpackers In Windhoek.We Then Do A Tour Of Windhoek Before We Are Leaving For Our Camping Site Near Sesriem.

Day 4 : Sossusvlei - Sesriem

Up At 05H00 And After Breakfast We Are Leaving For Sossusvlei And Sesriem. After Doing Our Hick In The Valley, We Will Stop At Solitaire For The Famous Apple Pie And Lunch, Before We Take The Road Through The Dessert To Walvis Bay, Where We Will Put Up Camp On Long Beach.

Day 5 : Walvis Bay - Swakopmund

Up At 06H00 And After Breakfast We Will Explore Walvis Bay And Swakopmund.Then We Will Have A Dinner At One Of The Famous Restaurants At The Beach.

Day 6 : Long Beach

Spend The Day At Your Own Leisure; You Do Your Optional Activities Like A Dolfin Watching Tour, Fishing, Diving, Desert Rides With Quads Or Paraglyding On The Dunes.

Day 7 : Henties Bay And Surroundings

Up Early, As We Leave Long Beach To Go North To Henties Bay And Cape Cross, And Up To Brandberg And The White Lady, Before We Will Put Up Camp At Khorixas.

Up At 06H00 And After Breakfast We Leave For Damaraland To See The Perified Forest.We Will Have Lunch In Damaraland, And Then Visit Other Sceneries Like The Boesman Paintings And The German Fort. We Will Put Up Camp At Epupa.

Day 9 : Ruacana Falls - Oshakati

After Breakfast We Leaving Epupa Camp To The East,Where We Will Turn To Ruacana Falls, And Then Visit The Museum In Oshakati, Before We Put Up Camp At Ondangwa. You Can Visit The Crocodile Farm Or Cheetah Project.

Day 10 : Tshumeb And Surroundings

After Breakfast We Will Leave To Visit Lake Otjikoto And Lake Guinas, The Museum And The Bigest Meteoried In The World Near Tshumeb. We Will Put Up Camp At Bush Baby.

Day 11 : Etosha National Park

An Early Morning Rise, After Coffee And Rusks, We Leave Our Camp Site For The Ethosha National Park. We Will Visit The Namutoni Fort And Do Game Viewing To See If We Can Spot Kudu, Gemsbok, Lion, Leopard, Zebra And Many More Before We Put Up Camp At Halali Camp Site.

Day 12 : Otjowarongo

Departure After Breakfast, We Visit The Dolomite Caves. We Will Then Go To Otjowarongo To Acasia Park Campsite Where We Will Put Up Camp For The Night.

Day 13 : To Spitzkoppe

As Day Break We Will Enjoy Breakfast. After Breakfast We Will Leave Our Camp Site And Go Down South To See The Dinosaur Footprints Before We Will Visit The Franke Haus And Franke Tower. We Will Put Up Camp At Spitskoppe.

Leaving After Breakfast For Okahanja, Where We Visit The War Museum And Cultural Flea Market. We Will Then Leave For Windhoek, Where We Will Put Up Camp At Monteiro Campsite. We Will Have A Nice Dinner At The Famous Joe’s Pub.

We Will Say Our Goodbyes Back In Windhoek To Those Who Are Leaving From Here.We Then Leave For Buitepos Border Post And Up To Kang Where We Will Again Put Up Camp At Khalahari Campsite.

Up Early, And After Coffee And Rusks, We Leave For Skilpadhek Border Post. We Will Enjoy Our Last Brunch Together At Wimpy In Zeerust And Then Off To Johannesburg To Say Our Goodbyes. Just A Reminder That The Drive From Windhoek To Johannesburg Is A Very Long Drive.

Other Terms & Conditions :ValidityAll of our tours have validity dates and are subject to change without notice on our side. Please check the brochure quoted that you are planning from to make sure it is current. We often change holiday options so we cannot guarantee the option is available or current.
How to BookWe recommend booking well in advance by sending a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the tour price with a minimum deposit of USD$250 per person. Some of the tours and ground arrangements may require a higher deposit of up to 50% to meet local tour operator's booking conditions. These details will be provided on confirmation. The deposit is required within 7 days of confirmation to hold the reservation. The booking confirmation will include the exact deposit amount required and the due date of final payment. Receipt of deposit will be taken as an understanding by the Company that the participant has checked their confirmed travel arrangements and has read and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in our brochures. Any verbal quote given is an estimate only of the price which will be subject to advice on confirmation of the reservation. Final balance is due 60 days prior to departure for accommodation and tours.
Price GuaranteePrices on our website & brochures are based on costs and exchange rates as at the time of printing the brochure. Should these costs change it may be necessary to make a surcharge on the price of your holiday. However no surcharge in respect to cost or currency fluctuations will be made to the arrangements of your holiday once full payment has been received by Jobovic Pty Ltd. This does not apply to any tax charges or levies imposed by any government or their agencies.
AmendmentsShould you wish to alter your arrangement after your original booking, you should notify us in writing and we will try to accommodate you. However due to administrative costs involved, we may be obliged to make a charge of USD$50 per amendment. Amendments within 60 days of departure are subject to cancellation fees outlined below.
Late BookingsA fee of $50 per booking will be levied for bookings made within 10 working days of departure from South Africa. Any booking request made within 10 working days or within a supplier cancellation period cannot be processed until full payment has been received by Jobovic Pty Ltd
Cancellations and RefundsIf it is necessary to cancel your holiday the following cancellation fees per person per arrangement apply.More than 60 days before departure: Loss of depositLess than 60 days before departure: Up to 50% of tour costLess than 30 days before departure: Up to 100% of tour costLess than 14 days before departure: 100%Cancellations fees for some products may vary from those stated above. Please check with Jobovic Pty Ltd at time of booking. Regrettably cancellation charges cannot be waived. There will be no exceptions. No refunds on unused services after departure from original city.Please note that employees of any overseas suppliers are not authorised by Jobovic Pty L td to make any undertakings to our clients in respect of refunds or other matters.
Consumer ClaimsShould you wish to lodge a complaint please do so in writing within 30 days of completing your arrangements.
Not Included in the Tour CostVisas, insurance, excess baggage over 20kg (international), extra meals, laundry, drinks, souvenirs & items of a personal nature as well as optional activities.
Changes in Prices and ItinerariesConsiderable care has been taken to compile the information in our website and brochures but circumstances may necessitate changes in itineraries and costs in which case you will be informed as soon as possible Jobovic Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for any changes which may occur and reserves the right to increase the price of any travel arrangement up to the date of departure. This includes adjustment for devaluation fuel surcharges airfare increases as well as international exchange rate fluctuations.
Holiday VariationsIf unforeseen circumstances beyond our control require us to make necessary changes to your holiday we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule departures and itineraries. When it is necessary to change a campsite the company reserves the right to substitute accommodation of at least a similar standard.
Accommodation Descriptions, Maps and PhotographsAccommodation descriptions featured on our website & brochures are based on current guides and contractual agreements provided by suppliers. Any facilities described are subject to change at any time. Maps and photographs are included for general information and may not necessarily reflect actual routings location or services. Room photographs may not be specific to the actual room occupied.
InsuranceIt is a condition of booking one of our tours that travelers are adequately insured for the full duration of their travel arrangements in respect of illness injury death loss of baggage and personal item cancellation and curtailment. Your travel agent will be able to offer a suitable holiday insurance policy.
Passport Visa and VaccinationsIt is mandatory that you familiarise yourself with any visa and health requirements that may be applicable in the countries you are visiting. You are responsible for all entry exit health and any other documents required by laws regulations orders demands or requirements of countries visited or transited. Please note that passport and visa requirements are not the responsibility of Jobovic Pty Ltd, or that of your travel agent. Both parties can not be held liable for any loss or expense due to the failure to comply with the above.
ResponsibilityJobovic Pty Ltd (herewith called the Company) accepts bookings subject to the following conditions.Jobovic Pty Ltd acts as a co-ordinator for all persons taking the tour in the making of all arrangements for transportation sightseeing and accommodations. All coupons receipts and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by the suppliers and all services are subject to the laws of the country where the services are provided.A booking is accepted only after the Company receives the deposit and issues the client or their travel agent confirmation invoices. The balance must be paid no later than 60 days before departure otherwise the Company will treat the booking as cancelled regardless of whether a deposit is being held.The Company assume no responsibility for the loss or damage to baggage property or for injury illness or death or for any damages or claims however so caused arising directly or indirectly from accidents loss or damage to person or property delays transport failures strikes wars and uprisings or acts of God etc over which we have no control. Clients are strongly advised to insure adequately for the full duration of their travel arrangements in respect of illness injury death baggage and personal effects.While the Company will use its best endeavours to operate all tours as advertised reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made without notice where deemed necessary or advisable by the Company. Legal ClaimsAny claims or legal action in connection with the provision of our services to you will be governed by the laws of South Africa. Any claim or legal action against the Suppliers is likely to be subject to the terms of your contact with them, and may be governed by the laws of other countries.
