On this 16 day tour you will follow the flow of the Mekong Delta through Laos, Vietnam, and into Cambodia. Half of your time will be spent across Vietnam and the other half split between the surrounding area of Luang Prabang, Laos and the area surrounding Siem Reap, Cambodia.

  Over 60 million people depend on the Mekong Delta for their primary source of income or sustenance and it connect 6 different countries. We will pick you up from your hotel in Ho Chi Minh city then transfer to My Tho by 2,5 hour drive.
  
  On arrival at My Tho, after visiting Vinh Trang pagoda, take a motor boat to enter My Tho city through Bao Dinh natural canal. Take a leisurely cruise on the Tien River to view the four beautiful islands known as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Tortoise islands.Visit the coconut candy mill and take a boat trip along the small canal on a hand-rowed sampan under the shadow of the water coconut trees along natural canals.

• Day 12 : CU CHI TUNNEL TOUR

  Pick up from your hotel to transfer to the Cu Chi tunnels. The trip to Cu Chi will take approximately one and a half hours by bus. Upon arrival, before exploring the tunnels, you will have some short introduction followed by introductory video about how the tunnels were constructed and how the people survived in the harsh conditions during times of war.
  
  Then, spend your time to explore the remaining area and tunnel systems which included the special constructed living areas with kitchens, bedrooms side by side with other facilities like storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs.
  
  You will also see and learn about the many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for security purpose during the war. Afterward, special tea and cassava (guerilla fighters food during the war) will be served. Break time for relax or time for those who want to try their aim on the shooting range, firing the same model guns that were used in the war.
  
  Return to Saigon.

• Day 13 : HO CHI MINH – FLIGHT TO SIEM REAP

  You are free at leisure until we will transfer to airport for international flight to Siem Reap. Upon arrival Siem Reap airport, you will be transfered to your selected hotel. Relax at the hotel for freshen up and enjoy the remainder of the afternoon at own leisure. Overnight in Siem Reap.

• Day 14 : FULLDAY ANGKOR TEMPLE – DINNER WITH APSARA SHOW

  After breakfast, we begin to visit Angkor Wat the “7th Wonders’ of the World” and the world largest temple with excellent masterpiece of carvings, sculptures and perfect structure. Enjoy lunch at local restaurant.
  
  After lunch, we visit the impressive South Gate of Angkor Thom. Then, we visit Bayon, the second main temple of Cambodia after Angkor Wat.
  
  After that, we visit Baphoun which is an enormous Hindu mountain temple constructed in early 11th century. Next, we walk along the Terrace of the Elephants and Terrace of the Leper King. After that, we explore Ta Prom, another Buddhist temple covered by dense tropical forest where Tomb Raider Movie was filmed.
  
  Visit Banteay Kdei, a grand Buddhist temple built inlate 12th century. Sras Srong, 1000 year old man-made lake, We could either visit sunset Pre Rup Temple. Back to town, Buffet dinner with Khmer traditional show at local restaurant and overnight in Siem Reap.

• Day 15 : KULEN MOUNTAIN – 1000 LINGAS

  After breakfast at the hotel, excursion to Phnom Kulen or the "Lychee Mountain" now is declared as a National Park. It is an isolated mountain massif located in Svay Leu District approximately 48km from Siem Reap. Its highest point is 487 meters. The site includes a pagoda with a Reclining Buddha, it is known for its carvings representing fertility and its waters hold special significance to the people of Cambodia
  
  Just a few inches under the surface of the water, over 1000 carvings of Lingas are etched into the sandstone riverbed. The waters are regarded as holy, given the sacred carvings which also include a stone representation of the Hindu god Vishnu lying on his serpent Ananta, with his wife Lakshmi at his feet. A lotus flower protrudes from Vishnu’s navel bearing the god Brahma.The river then ends with a beautiful waterfall.
  
  Picnic lunch on the mountain. Back to town, enjoy duty free shopping international brand products at the T Gallery by DFS, you will be transfer to your hotel for relax and enjoy own program.
