Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival at Madurai Airport & Transfer to the Hotel for overnight rest

  Pick up from Madurai Airport by Late Afternoon / as per flight timing and then transfers to Hotel for overnight rest.

• Day 2 : Madurai to Rameshwaram

  Morning you will be transferred to Rameshwaram. It’s almost 6-7 hours’ drive.
  Enjoy the scenic drive to Rameshwaram.
  Enjoy the Drive over “Pamban Bridge” just before you reach Rameshwaram, which connects the rest of India to Rameshwaram.
  Pamban Bridge is a railway/road bridge which connects the town of Rameswaram on Pamban Island to mainland India. Opened on 24 February 1914, it was India's first sea bridge, and was the longest sea bridge in India until the opening of the Bandra-Worli Sea Link in 2010.
  By evening we check in at hotel and if possible, we spend time visiting the Rameshwaram Temple, else you may choose to take rest and spend overnight at the Hotel.

• Day 3 : Rameshwaram Temple Visit and return to Madurai

  Today early morning at about 4am you can proceed to visit the Jyotrilingas at Rameshwaram Temple- for the Nirmalaya Aarti. Thereafter return to Hotel for Breakfast.
  Further you may visit Dhanushkodi- Our Vehicle will take you up to 13kms from Rameshwaram beyond this you will have to hire a local jeep to further take you to the end point- no other vehicles are permitted beyond this point.
  Return to hotel and then we drive back straight to Madurai.
  Trip ends post drop at Railway Station or at the Hotel as per your requirement.
