Your short trip to Shimla begins right from the time you climb up the hills from either Delhi or Chandigarh. The winding roads and the greenery on the way make you anticipate more. Upon reaching Shimla, complete check-in formalities at the hotel and spend the day at leisure and comfort of the hotel.
Right after breakfast, you will leave for a short excursion to Kufri. Visit Indira Bungalow and the Himalayan Zoo here. You will also enjoy pony rides to Mahasu Peak. In the afternoon, return to Shimla and visit the architectural site Viceregal lodge, which a British architect designed.
Later, you can spend some time at Mall Road and visit famous sites like Christ Church – the second oldest church in North India, Scandal Point, Gaiety Theater, and many more. Then, in the evening, return to the hotel for a restful stay.
After breakfast, it is time to return. Complete the check-out formalities and hit the road. Drive back to Delhi with memories to cherish.
