Day 1 : Pick-up from the arrival city and proceed to Shimla.
Arrive at Delhi / Chandigarh / Shimla Railway station or airport. You will be picked by the Vehicle. Day 2 : A Day of Discovery in Shimla
Embark on a captivating day trip after breakfast, starting with the scenic Naldehra Golf Course and its nature trails. Continue to Kufri for breathtaking views of the Hassan Valley, a historic hotel, and adventurous activities like pony rides and a mini zoo. Enjoy panoramic vistas from Jakhu Temple, the highest point in Shimla, then descend to the lively Mall Road, Shimla's famous pedestrian zone with its shops, theaters, and historical sites. Explore this pedestrian zone on foot before returning to the hotel for dinner and a restful night

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
Standard Cancellation:
Customers may cancel their booking at any time, subject to the following cancellation fees:
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the departure date: 20% of the total package cost.
Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the departure date: 30% of the total package cost.
Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the departure date: 50% of the total package cost.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the departure date: 100% of the total package cost.
Peak Season Cancellation:
During peak seasons or special events, different cancellation periods and fees may apply. Peak season dates and applicable cancellation fees will be communicated to customers at the time of booking.
Cancellation Procedure:
Customers must submit their cancellation request in writing, either via email or by phone, specifying their booking reference number and reason for cancellation.
Verbal cancellation requests or requests received outside of business hours will not be considered valid, and the cancellation will be prosed based on the date and time of the written request.
Cancellation Fees:
While the token payment made for your package booking is non-refundable in case of cancellation, a credit may be applied to your account for future bookings.
The cancellation fee of 10% will be deducted from the total package cost due to paper work, and any remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.
The cancellation fee is calculated based on the total package cost, including taxes, fees, and additional services booked.
Refunds for hotel reservations, air tickets, rail tickets, and bus bookings are subject to the refund policies set by the respective service providers and the company. The company bears no responsibility for any denial of refund by third-party vendors.
Exceptions to Cancellation Fees:
In the event of extenuating circumstances such as serious illness, injury, or death of the customer or an immediate family member, the company may waive the cancellation fees upon receipt of appropriate documentation.
The decision to waive cancellation fees in such cases will be made at the discretion of the company and is subject to review on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation by the Company:
The company reserves the right to cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or insufficient participation.
In the event of a cancellation by the company, customers will be notified as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements will be made by the company.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original booking.
Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7 business days from the date of receiving the cancellation request and any required documentation.

Customers are responsible for any fees or charges incurred during the refund process, including but not limited to currency conversion fees or bank charges.

Modification or Rebooking by the Credit Points:
Customers may have the option to modify or rebook their reservation instead of cancelling, subject to availability and any applicable fees or charges. Modification requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed in accordance with our modification policy.
Force Majeure:
The company shall not be liable for any delays, cancellations, or failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or government regulation.
Complimentary Inclusion:
Please be aware that complimentary items and gifts are not eligible for refunds or exchanges if unused.
