Day 1 : DELHI – SHIMLA (370 km/ 9-10 hours):

Your blissful journey of creating lifelong memories will start right after our representative pick you from Delhi airport/ railway station. Your journey from Delhi to Shimla will be an unforgettable one. After reaching the Queen of Hills in the evening you will check-in at the hotel followed by a delicious meal and a relaxing and refreshing leisure time.

Day 2 : KUFRI - SHIMLA LOCAL SIGHTSEEING: -

After breakfast, we begin your journey towards mesmerizing local attractions. We'll be exploring India’s best holiday paradise Kufri, via Green Valley. Kufri is located at an altitude of 2,622metre high. This small hill town is an ideal holiday retreat where one can enjoy yak and horse rides. A visit to the horror house, mini zoo, and fun world campus near Kufri will add to your delightful experiences.
After exploring Kufri we'll be sightseeing local places in Queen of Hills, Shimla like the famous Mall Road, Ridge, Scandal Point, Lakkar Bazar, historic Christ Church, Kali Bari temple, and other destinations nearby which you can cover easily in a short time.

Day 3 : SHIMLA - MANALI (270 km/ 7-8 hours):-

This morning after breakfast, our representative will take you on an exciting drive to Manali. On the way, you will enjoy the scenic beauty of Sunder Nagar Lake, Pandoh dam, Hanogi Mata Temple, Vaishno Devi Temple, and do some excursion activities like River Rafting in Kullu. There will be check-in to the hotel by the end of the day including dinner and overnight stay at Manali.

Day 4 : MANALI - LOCAL SIGHT SEEING:-

After having breakfast, we will be leaving to explore the local attractions in Manali. We will be visiting Hadimba Temple, built-in 1553, famous for its exquisitely carved doorway and superbly crafted four-tiered pagoda roof. Proceeding to the Club House, which has comprehensive facilities of a roller-skating rink, an auditorium, billiards rooms, a library, a bar, and even a restaurant which makes a wonderful outing for the whole day. We will even be sightseeing Tibetan Monastery, Van Vihar; and Vashisht, well known for its hot springs. There are many old temples dedicated to the sage Vashisht and Lord Rama in Manali. Overnight stay at Manali for the day.

Day 5 : SOLANG VALLEY SIGHTSEEING (ROHTANG PASS IS NOT INCLUDED):-

After enjoying a wholesome breakfast, we will be ready for today's adventure. The key location for today is going to be Solang Valley. Solang Nala (Valley) derives its name from a combination of words: Solang (Nearby village) and Nala (water stream). It is a side valley at the top of the Kullu Valley in Himachal Pradesh. It is approximately 14 km northwest of the resort town Manali on the way to Rohtang Pass and is well known for its summer and winter sport expeditions.
To have a closer look at Rohtang Pass iconic beauty we offer you some thrilling sporting activities that include parachuting, paragliding, skating, and zorbing. A ropeway was recently inaugurated at this exquisite location. At the end of the day, we will get back to the hotel for our last night's stay at the magnificent Manali.

Day 6 : MANALI–DELHI (530 km/ 10-12 hours):-

With this beautiful morning, our beautiful journey of a 6-day tour comes to an end with a bag full of memories and a whole lot of new experiences together. We will be checking out from our hotels after breakfast and start our homeward journey to Delhi back by a cab. You will be reaching back to Delhi by the evening and the cab will drop you at Delhi Airport/ railway station.

We are holiday organizers only. We inspect and select the services to be provided to you. However, we do not own, operate or control any airline, shipping company, coach or coach company, hotel, transport, restaurant, kitchen caravan or any other facility or provider etc. that is engaged to provide you services during the course of your tour. Therefore, please carefully note that:
you will need to adhere to the conditions, rules and regulations of each service provider. For instance, you will need to check the baggage rules of the airline, you will need to check the hotel rules to check what the mealtimes are, at which you should make yourself available. The company is not responsible / liable for the consequences if you breach such rules and regulations.
If you cause any injury or damage affecting the service provider, then you may be liable to the service provider and if the service provider recovers any monies from us for such injury or damages, we shall separately charge you for the same.
We cannot be held responsible / liable for any delay, deficiency, injury, death, loss or damage etc. occasioned due to act or default of such service providers, their employees or agents.

Payment Terms & Methods :
TERMS & CONDITIONS:

- No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road Blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
- Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in. the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
- No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case to case basis.

Payment Policies

Reservation amount has to be paid upfront for us to start confirming your package.
Full flight amount (if flights included) and any non-refundable hotel amount has to be paid within 3 days of booking.
Balance payment (if any) needs to be completed 15 days prior to travel.
For travel in less than 15 days from booking, complete payment must be received within 24 hours of booking.
You can pay using credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal, NEFT, IMPS, RTGS, SWIFT or deposit cash Rs 1,99,000/- in adherence to Income Tax ACT.
We charge non-refundable financing fees for overdue amounts:
Financing charges: 1% per day of pending amount, compounding per day
Processing charges for financing: 5% per week of pending amount or INR 10,000 per week, whichever is lower; from 2nd week.
We reserve the right to cancel your trip without notice after due date. Any cancellation costs will be borne by you.
If the above-mentioned payment terms are not followed, we will not be held responsible for any change made in the package itinerary due to non-availability of flights, Hotels, Ferry etc.
There might be an increase in total package cost offered at the time of bookings in case the payments are not received by us as per the terms mentioned and the extra cost need to be borne by the guest.
We will never ask you to pay in a personal account. Please always pay using our website or in our company bank account.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
Cancellation Policy

Date of booking to 31 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 25% of the tour cost + Non-Refundable Components.

30 to 16 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost + Non-Refundable Components.

15 to 0 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost ++ Non-Refundable Components.

NOTE: In case of Political unrest or Lockdown due to Covid-19 this package will be Non-refundable. No refund will be possible in any scenario however we will try to provide alternate dates ( Extra cost may applicable)

Please Note:

Cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy.
In peak season (example: long weekends, festival season, summer vacation etc.) most of the hotels charge 100% cancellation.
There will also be cancellation/amendment facilitation fee of Rs 2,500 per person (for Domestic Package) and Rs 5,000 per person (for International Package)
Amendment of Booking by Guest

If you wish to amend or change your booking, you have to communicate your request to us in writing to us Such requests for change or amendment will be accepted subject to availability. Please note that the amended or changed booking will be regarded as a new booking. In case the amendment is carried out within the cancellation period, then a cancellation charge shall apply as if a cancellation was made on the date the request for amendment or change is made. Please note the cancellation charges will be as per the airline and hotel policies. We will not levy any separate cancellation charges for amendment purposes.

Visa and Immigration Details

Tourist visas are issued usually either for one month or for six months. For the one-month visa, entry into India has to be within one month from the date of issue and the six-month visa is valid for six months from the date of issue. Fees for both the categories are same.
All foreign nationals, including children, require a visa and passport before visiting Goa. For visiting Goa, please consult the concerned embassies in your area. For clarifications, please contact the Indian High Commission.
