Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival

  Welcome on arrival at Guwahati Airport / Railway station.Enroute visit Kamkhya Temple thereafter transfer to Bhalukpong& overnight.

• Day 2 : Dirang

  After breakfast drive to Dirang. Enroute visit Tippi Orchid Centre & DirangDzong. Check in Hotel. Evening at Leisure.Overnight at Dirang.

• Day 3 : Tawang

  Morning  visit Kiwi and apple gardens later drive to Tawang. Enroute witness the snowcappedSella Pass at 14000 ft and the JaswantGarh War Memorial. (Legend has it that Jaswant (Mahavir Chakra Awardee (Posthumous) of 4th BatallionGarhwal Rifles), fought a lone battle against the invading Chinese during the 1962 war. His spirit is still believed to protect the place). Overnight in Tawang.

• Day 4 : Tawang

  Tawang - The beautiful land of the Monpa tribes with the “GALDEN NAMGYEL LHATSE” Monestary - one of the largest Lamaseries of Mahayana sect in Asia. The birth place of the 6th Dalai Lama, the Monastery is 400 year old  and is adorned with the 18 feet high statue of Lord Buddha. ‘The Land of Dawn-lit Mountains’ at 3500 mts gives you unparallel purity of nature. Visit the monastery and the War Memorial and PTTSO Lake. Evening free for shopping.Overnight in Tawang.

• Day 5 : Bomdila

  Morning drive back to BomdilaEnroute visit Jung Falls  .Later in the afternoon visit Bomdila monastery Evening free at leisure.Overnight in Bomdila.

• Day 6 : Kaziranga

  After breakfast drive to Kaziranga. Check in Hotel. Overnight in Kaziranga.

• Day 7 : Kaziranga

  Early morning go for Elephant ride.Return for Breakfast Jeep safari in the Central Range. Overnight at Kaziranga.

  • Themes : Jeep Safari

• Day 8 : Neematighat

  Morning drive to Neematighat for ferry crossing to Majuli with packed breakfast. Evening cruise back to the mainland (3 hrs approx)on the Brahmaputra river. Overnight

  • Hotspots : Brahmaputra River

• Day 9 : Kohima (260kms/7hrs)

  Enroute stop for lunch at Dimapur.Overnight

• Day 10 : Kohima

  At Kohima vist the War cemetry, State Museum, Kisema Heritage Village,etc. and  market. Overnight at Kohima. 

• Day 11 : Imphal

  Drive to Imphal (140kms/6hrs). Overnight .

• Day 12 : Imphal

  At Imphal visit the  Govindaji Temple, IMA market, war memorial, etc. Overnight at Imphal. 

• Day 13 : Drive to Silchar (220kms/10hrs)

  reach in the evening. Stay overnight at hotel.

• Day 14 : Drive to Aizawl (180kms/8hrs)

  reach in the evening and stay overnight at the hotel.

• Day 15 : Full day at Aizawl

  visit the local market and the craft centre. Overnight.

• Day 16 : Drive to Karamganj (200kms/8hrs)

  check in at hotel and stay overnight.

• Day 17 : Drive to Agartala (250kms/8hrs)

  reach in the evening and stay overnight in hotel.

• Day 18 : Sightseeing of Agartala

  visit the palace and the temple. Overnight.

• Day 19 : Drive to Shillong (400kms/10hrs)

  reach in the evening and stay overnight.

• Day 20 : Full day excursion visit to Cherrapunjee (56kms/2hrs)

  sightseeing around Cherrapunjee and return to Shillong in the evening. Overnight.

• Day 21 : Departure

  After breakfast drive to Guwahati airport (140kms/4hrs).
