Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Haridwar - Guptkashi (220 km 07 - 08 hr)

  Morning after Breakfast checkout from the hotel and drive to straight to Guptkashi. On arrival Check in Hotel, night halt.

  • Themes : Sightseeing

• Day 2 : Guptkashi - Sonprayag (30 km by road) - Gorikund – Kedarnath ji (18 km by Trek one side)

  Morning after breakfast checkout from the hotel and drive to sonprayag from sonpryag drive to Gauri Kund by local transport at own cost, on arrival Gaurikund, Trek start from Gaurikund to Kedarnath ji (18 Km) (can also use poni, ghori, doli for trek by own cost). Reaching in Kedarnath premises, check in to the hotel and overnight stay in Hotel. (In Kedarnath ji Hotel food will not include in the Package)

  Morning after breakfast drive to Helipad on arrival, taking boarding passes and later fly for Kedarnath ji Helipad on arrival Kedarnath ji helipad go to temple by walk in after reaching check in to the hotel and overnight stay in Kedarnath .

• Day 3 : Kedarnath ji - Guptkashi (By Same route)

  Early morning visit to Kedarnath ji Temple and check out from the hotel and back to sonprayag via gorikund by trek and from sonprayag drive to Guptkashi by cab, back to hotel and overnight stay in Guptlkashi.

• Day 4 : Guptkashi – Haridwar (220 km 07 - 08 hr)

  Morning Breakfast checkout from the hotel and drive to Haridwar enroute visit Rishikesh Sight Seeing covering with Ram Jhula , Lakshman Jhula, and back to Haridwar/Rishikesh Drop.

CHECK LIST FOR THE CHARDHAM YATRA

• Please carry a photo Id and proof of the address along with you.
• Do carry sufficient light woolens from May to Aug and heavy woolens from Sept to Nov.
• Carry good walking shoes: - canvas or sport shoes
• If you wish you can carry dry eatables with you like biscuits, snacks and chocolates etc.
• Always hire registered pony, kandi and porter.
• Move slowly and steadily and give the driver enough time for rest.
• Please carry umbrella/ Rain coat and one torch.
• Carry sufficient money to pay for your personal expenses.
• It is advisable to carry your own personal medical kit.
• Avoid carrying heavy jewelry during the Yatra.
• Don’t use soap while bathing/ washing clothes in the river.
• Don’t throw wrappers/poly bags on the road or in the forest during the journey.
• Don’t carry poly bags as it is banned in Uttarakhand.

READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING

• A/c will not work in car on Hilly areas.(In Chardham Sector)
• In case of any uncertain/unwanted circumstances like bad weather or land slide etc. Company will reschedule the itinerary accordingly. But, in that case guest has to pay for extra expenses like food, accommodation, car rental for extra days or anything which is already booked/ arranged by the company.
• Company is not responsible If there will be any kind of fault such as electricity or water inside the Hotel Premises.(Hotel Manager will be resolved the problem)
• After Confirming Helicopter tickets, company is not responsible for any kind of discrepancy happened from the end of the Aviation Company. Like cancellation due to bad weather etc.
• All extras (F & B and any other services) availed by the customer will be on direct payment basis.
• Extra expenses other than the planed itinerary will be bear by the client at their own. Such as medical related problem, extra meal in between journey or whatever is not mentioned in the itinerary, Hotels other than booked one.
• Sightseeing which are out of the way of Chardham Yatra will cost extra.
• In case of odd number groups, the extra person shall be accommodated in the same room with an extra bed / mattress.
• The above rates are applicable to the Indian Nationals only.
• In Rishikesh, Green card permit will be taken from Uttrakhand Govt. the time May vary depending upon crowd there hill taking the permit.
• Any Meals, services not utilized, partly utilized are non-refundable.

Vehicle Terms And Conditions

• A/C will not work on hill areas, stopped/ parked vehicle. Hills Started from Dehradun/Rishikesh. A/C will not work from these points.
• Toll and parking will be paid once for the same place and after that it will be paid by you.
• Pickup & drop point is one only. If multiple pickup and drop required then it will be chargeable and should be informed in advance.
• Vehicle will not run after 8:00 pm in night due to safety purpose or as per guideline by the government authority. In hill music is not allowed due to risk of life.
• The maximum time of drive is 10 hrs in a day.
• Tour destination / route cannot change without prior notice (Amended route and tour Destination rates may be change)
• Vehicle will not drive in No-entry zones and should not be forced to drive on narrow streets or roads which can create traffic jam.
• Vehicle will be permitted to use for sightseeing points on the route and inside the city limits or which is mentioned in itinerary. Sightseeing will be allowed only in city limits. Off route sightseeing or beyond city limit will be informed advance and it will be chargeable.
• Refund is not possible if any particular sightseeing point is not covered.
• Due to any reason if Vehicle breakdown due to technical reasons we will try our best to arrange another vehicle as soon as possible for the major problems. For minor problems which will not take much time vehicle will be repaired. Kindly cooperate.
• Company will not responsible for any delay or alterations or any expense incurred due to natural Hazards, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closer/block due to political unrest or any such incidents.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :
For the booking confirmation kindly deposit 40% of advance payment against the Company Account before tour started and the rest 60% of amount must be paid at the time of tour started. Confirmation voucher will be generated after advance payment

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
If the Cancellation is made on or before 30 days prior the check
in date 100% Refund. (Bank transaction and Convenience fee will be applicable).
If Cancellations is made within 15 to 29 days of check in then 50% of total booking.
If Cancellations is made before 15 days of check in. It wills no show and no refund.
Group booking cancellation will be checked at the time of booking confirmation.
