Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Delhi - Jaisalmer

  Start your trip from Delhi by evening.
  After an overnight journey reach Jaisalmer.

  • Themes : Sightseeing

• Day 2 : Reach Jaisalmer

  Reach Jaisalmer transfer to Hotel and check in to Hotel and relax. After lunch visit local city tour - Jaisalmer Fort (Golden Fort) and Heritage Havelis - Patwon ki Haveli, Natmal ki Haveli, Salim ki Haveli and Gadisar Lake etc. Tje city sight seen will be finished. Overnight Stay at Hotel.

• Day 3 : Jaisalmer

  In the morning take breakfast then visit local city tour of jaisalmer till noon. After lunch will move to Desert camp for one night sand dunes. Where you can enjoy Camel Desert Safari, Evening programmes like Rajasthani mujra, puppet show and taste of local rajasthani food. Enjoy overnight stay at Luxury Desert camps.

• Day 4 : Departure

  A nice breakfast will be served in morning at the desert camp and then check out, visit Longewala - Battlefield, War Memorial walk, war bunkers & trenches. Post lunch depart for Delhi

BOOKING PROCESS

• The booking Amount is 50% of the Trip Cost Through any mode of payment ( Paytm, Phone Pay, Google Pay, Net Banking)
• Booking is made on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Rest Amount is to be Paid 3 Days before the Trip. (Through Bank Transfer)
• Alternatively, you can pay the balance on the day of departure. (in Cash)
• The CO-ORDINATOR of the Trip will allocate Seats in Traveller.
• Non Refundable.

Cancellation Policy

• Above 8 days of Departure Date: 50% of Advance Refund.
• 2-8 Days: 25% of Advance Refund.
• Less than 2 Days: No Refund.
• There is no Refund for NO-SHOW.
• No Refund for Early Check-Outs.
• Any Activity, Meal, or Service not availed by the guest will not be adjusted or refunded at any cost.
• In case of extremely poor weather or environmental condition, political issues, FREAKY MUSAFIR may cancel the trip. Full Refund will be issued to the travellerin such cases.

• We do not allow without govt. approved id we do not have any insurance policy for any kind of mishappening which covers the expenses of accident, sickness, loss due to theft or any other reason,
• Guest are requested to seek such insurance in advance.
• We do not allow smoking or intolerance on the bus. Freaky Musafir has all rights to discontinue your trip at any time on the ground misbehavior, and no refund will be made in such circumstances.
• In case of any injuries or illness during the trip or activity.
• Freaky Musafir as a tour organizer or any of our staff members will not be responsible.
• We reserve the right to change any schedule in terms of safety, comfort, and general well-being, and a refund would not be provided in that situation.
• A person who made the reservation is responsible for any damages caused to rooms, camps, and furnishing.
• After the finalization of trip or service cost, if the will be any hike in the entrance fee of museums or monuments, taxes, guide charges, or fuel cost by govt. of India, same would be charged extra.
• It will be the discretion of the driver to turn off the systems of the vehicle like Sound, A/C as our focus is always on your safety.
