Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Nairobi - Masai Mara

  Transfer to Wilson airport and fly by light aircraft to the Masai Mara (approximately 1 hour) and transfer to Basecamp Masai Mara. After lunch have some time to relax before departing on an afternoon game drive. Return to the camp before sunset for dinner and overnight.

• Day 2 : Masai Mara

  Morning and afternoon game drives. Alternatively, in the morning take an early morning balloon flight over the Mara followed by a ‘bubbly’ bush breakfast (from usd.425). You can also visit a Masai Village at an extra cost. Overnight: Basecamp Masai Mara.

• Day 3 : Masai Mara - Naboisho Conservancy

  Rise with the sun in time for your Morning Game Drive. After breakfast at Basecamp, you will collect your things and prepare to continue your journey to Eagle View Camp. Your next destination is Eagle View Camp, which in 2013 made the National Geographic Travellers Magazine’s list of the twenty-five top eco-lodges in the world– the only one in Kenya. At 4 pm meet your Maasai Guide for your Afternoon Game Drive. Eagle View is situated inside Naboisho Wildlife Conservancy, a 20,000 hectare (50,000 acres) large nature conservancy leased directly from more than 500 Maasai families. Inside Naboisho the number of vehicles permitted is strictly limited. This has the double advantage of attracting a wide array of species as well as creating a more exclusive viewing experience for tourists. Inside Naboisho you will encounter the Northern Migration of wildebeest, the not-so-distant relative of the wildebeest migrating from the Serengeti that you meet in the National Reserve. The wildebeest of the Northern Migration walk down from the Loita Plains in the North in search of fresh grass and water, exactly like their southern relatives. As you drive, enjoy the varied landscape of Naboisho, presently offering the highest density of lions on the planet.

• Day 4 : Masai Mara - Nairobi

  Early morning game drive then return to the camp for breakfast. At 11am, check out from the camp. You will then be transferred to the airstrip for your flight back to Nairobi in the morning (approximately 1 hour) and continue with your onward travel arrangement.
