Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival in Cochin and Transfer to Munnar

  Upon your arrival in Cochin (Kochi), you can either arrive by flight, train, or bus. After reaching, start your journey towards Munnar. It’s about a 4–5 hour drive (around 130 km) through scenic mountain roads, lush tea gardens, and picturesque landscapes.
  Once you arrive in Munnar, check in to your hotel and relax. In the evening, you can explore Munnar Town or take a leisurely walk around the Munnar Tea Gardens. If you’re up for a relaxing experience, enjoy the cool climate and views of the surrounding hills.

• Day 2 : Exploring Munnar

  After breakfast, start your exploration of Munnar with some of its famous attractions:
  
  Tea Gardens: Visit one of the many tea plantations. The sprawling tea gardens of Munnar are among the best in the region. You can take a guided tour and learn about the tea-making process.
  
  Mattupetty Dam: Visit this dam located around 13 km from Munnar. You can enjoy a boat ride and witness the beautiful landscape.
  Echo Point: Located around 15 km from Munnar, this is a scenic spot where you can hear your voice echo across the valley. It’s a great spot for pictures!
  
  Top Station: If you’re looking for breathtaking views, head to Top Station (about 32 km from Munnar). It's the highest point in Munnar and offers panoramic views of the Western Ghats.
  
  In the evening, you can enjoy a relaxed walk around Kundala Lake or visit the Munnar Market for local souvenirs.

• Day 3 : Munnar to Alleppey (Alappuzha)

  After breakfast, check out from your Munnar hotel and begin your drive towards Alleppey. The journey takes around 4–5 hours (around 170 km), but you’ll be greeted by scenic backwaters and coconut palm-lined roads as you approach.
  
  Upon arrival in Alleppey, check into your houseboat or hotel. The highlight of Alleppey is the backwaters, and you can spend the day cruising through these beautiful, calm waters.
  
  Alleppey Backwater Cruise: Board a traditional Kerala houseboat for a day cruise through the serene backwaters. The houseboat will take you through the lush green landscapes, small villages, and tranquil waters, offering an immersive experience of Kerala’s natural beauty. Enjoy a traditional Kerala meal on board.
  
  Vembanad Lake: You’ll also get to explore the beautiful Vembanad Lake, which is the largest lake in Kerala and the main waterway for the houseboat cruises.
  
  In the evening, you can enjoy a relaxing evening on the houseboat or spend the night at your hotel in Alleppey.

  • Themes House Boat
• Day 4 : Explore Alleppey and Return to Cochin

  After breakfast, you can explore Alleppey Town if you wish, or take a morning walk along the backwaters or visit local markets. If you’re in the mood for a cultural visit, you can visit the Krishnapuram Palace, which is known for its beautiful architecture and murals.
  In the afternoon, begin your return journey to Cochin (about 1.5 hours’ drive from Alleppey). You can explore Fort Kochi, visit Chinese Fishing Nets, and enjoy the scenic views of the coastline.
  Depending on your departure time, you may also visit the St. Francis Church or the Dutch Palace before heading to the airport or railway station in Cochin.
