Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Lahad Datu - Danum Valley Rainforest Lodge

  Meet on arrival at Lahad Datu airport (preferably MH3010) and continue with 2.5 hours overland journey on a logging gravel road to Danum Valley / Borneo Rainforest Lodge which is a 40 minutes drive away from the world famous Danum Valley Field Centre. After Arrival at the Lodge a welcome - drink and a orientation about the Lodge facilities and services will be given. Lunch will be served at the Main Lodge where the restaurant is located. After lunch a slide show briefing will be given then your guide will bring you for nature trails and to the 26m in height and 300m in length tree top Canopy Walkway. After spending your time observing the wildlife, return to the Lodge for dinner. After dinner go for the night drive in an open vehicles in search for nocturnal animals will be done (if weather permitted). Overnight at Borneo Rainforest Lodge.

  • Meals & Drinks Lunch, Dinner
• Day 2 : Danum Valley - Borneo Rainforest Lodge

  Breakfast at the Lodge Restaurant. After breakfast your guide will go with you for a walk to an ancient kadazandusun burial site - Coffin Cliff and view point over the Danum Valley. On the way down stop by the natural Jacuzzi Pool for a refreshing dip (Bring along your bathing attire). Lunch will be served in the Lodge. After lunch depart for a guided jungle walk to the Riverside trails. Return to the Lodge for dinner. After dinner you will go for a leisurely night walk to feel and hear the sounds of the forest. Overnight at Borneo Rainforest Lodge.

• Day 3 : Danum Valley/ Borneo Rainforest Lodge - Lahad Datu

  Breakfast at the Lodge Restaurant Free at own leisure. Lunch is served at the restaurant. After lunch depart for Lahad Datu Airport (preferably MH3023) for flight departure onward.
