Please present your travel confirmation voucher to our representative. For your transfer out from hotel to airport, please reconfirm the departure pick up time with our representative on arrival. On departure, please wait at the hotel lobby for your return airport transfer.
Multiple stops will not be allowed.
Un-utilised transfers are non-refundable.

Departure Transfer:

Luggage allowance:
Each passenger can check-in a maximum of two (2) pieces of baggage, total dimensions per bag shall not exceed 158cm(62\\\\\\\'\\\\\\\') � regular size suitcases;
Maximum weight per bag shall not exceed 20 kg.(44 lbs);
The driver may refuse to handle baggage that are larger or heavier;

Airport Counter will open on 0600am.
First Departure Service from Airport to Hotel (Kowloon area) at 0615am.
First Departure Service from Airport to Hotel (Hong Kong area) at 0630am.
**The last pick up time for Airport-Hotel transfer is (Hongkong Island Hotel) at 12:00am & (Kowoon Side Hotel).at 11:45pm. and return Hotel-Airport transfer is at 21:00pm.**
