Terms & Conditions

• Accommodation:
• Accommodation will be provided in 3-star hotels based on availability at the time of booking.
• In case of unavailability, equivalent category hotels will be arranged.
• Transportation:
• The private vehicle provided will follow the itinerary strictly.
• Vehicle usage beyond the itinerary will incur additional charges.
• AC will not be operational in hilly areas for safety reasons.
• Meals:
• Breakfast and dinner are included. All other meals and snacks are chargeable.
• Special dietary requirements should be informed in advance.
• Itinerary Changes:
• The itinerary is subject to weather and road conditions.
• Any additional costs due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, etc.) will be borne by the traveler.
• Adventure Activities:
• Activities such as skiing, paragliding, etc., are optional and payable directly.
• Participation is at the traveler's own risk, and the company is not liable for any injuries or accidents.
• Travel Insurance:
• Travel insurance is not included in the package but is highly recommended.

50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
Balance payment must be completed at least 7 days prior to departure.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
More than 15 days before travel: 80% refund of the total package cost.
7-14 days before travel: 50% refund of the total package cost.
Less than 7 days before travel: No refund.
