Today Morning after breakfast visitSolang Valley up to the snow line.Solang Valley derives its name from a combination of words Solang (Nearby village) and Nallah (water stream). It is a side valley at the top of the Kullu Valley in Himachal Pradesh, India 14 km northwest of the resort town Manali. Enjoy adventure activities like Skiing, Horse Riding, Rope-way, Yak Riding, Paragliding, and Zorbing at your expenses (If available). Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Important Note

Hotel Check-in/ Check-out Time as per Hotel Policies. The standard check in/check- out time is 12:00 noon.
Early check-in/ late check-out subject to room availability and will be chargeable as per hotel policy.
Meals Timings must be followed as per the instruction is given by the hotels.
Star Categorization of hotels in Himachal Pradesh are categorized based on location, services, facility and costing and not as per star categorization i.e1*2*3* and soon used in the Metro cities.
Cab AC will work only on plain roads, not in hill areas. AC will be switched off on hill roads.
Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, Snowfall, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be paid by the client/traveler, who is directly payable on the spot).
If there is heavy snowfall in Shimla/ Manali/Dalhousie then our cab will take you or all the sightseeing will be covered till the point where our cab can go. If you book a local taxi (4x4) then that will cost you extra & will be directly payable on the spot.
Any costarring due to flight /train delay or cancellation will be extra. Also, change of itinerary will depend on room availability at hotels (extra charges may apply).
Room Details:- Starting category of the room is considered at each hotel in the package
Hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
In case of any change in pick-up and drop point due to unavoidable reasons especially in Volvo packages extra cost will be applicable and to be paid by traveler on the spot.
Customers must carry the tour itinerary, Hotel vouchers, cab details, valid I’d proof of all the travelers.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods : * 20% Advance Percentage of total booking amount

Cancellation & Refund Policy :BOOKING CONFIRMATION You have to pay a deposit to us at the time of booking of at least10,000/- amount of total
package cost as advance payment of your selected tour arrangements in our Account given below. We will then invoice you for the remainder of the cost due before your tour, which you must pay not later than2 days before departure or you can pay at the time of arrival by cash or online.
If we accept your booking, we will issue a confirmation voucher. A contract will exist between us from the date we issue the confirmation voucher or If you book within 6 days of the departure date the contract will exist when we accept your deposit payment. When you receive the Confirmation voucher, please check the details carefully and in for immediately if anything are incorrect. Name and travel documents must exactly match those in your passports or other identity Proof documents.
Payment should be in favor of "Travel Vidhya Himachal Tour with the following account details: -

AMENDMENTS/CANCELLATIONS If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her
booking because of whatsoever reasons
including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non- payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written and the advance amount is non refundable, besides the forfeiture of the deposit amount of the tour, a further charge will be levied as follows: -
The token advance amount is non- refundable, the advance will be charged.
30 days to 20 days prior to departure of the tour 60% of total tour cost.
20 days to 10 days prior to departure of the tour 76% of total Tour cost.
10 days to 01 days prior to departure of the tour 100% of total tour cost.
Any amendment in the original booking has to be given to us in writing. All changes will be
processed only after the receipt of the same by the Company. However, if any of the amendment requests results in the cancellation of one or more services, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as indicated in the above-mentioned table.
