Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Port Blair Arrival | Local Sightseeing

  Receive at the airport with flowers, A/c car with private driver will drive you to the hotel. Check into the hotel and rest for a while. Afternoon at 3 pm, reach Cellular jail, this is a must-visit for any person as this place has many stories to tell people who love their countries dearly. Freedom fighters of India were prisoned here. This place for its jail was also known as Kala Paani. Death water. one who comes here never returns. Rightfully it is so. 1300 km away from the mainland, in between the ocean, swimming is not the option. Spend time seeing the architecture and the way prisoners were treated. After seeing this place to your contempt, head towards Corbyn's cove beach, one of the attractive beaches in Port Blair. Indulge in some water sports there. Jet ski or a speed boat ride to snake island will thrill you. In the evening return to the cellular jail to see the light and sound show. The light and sound show for an hour will enlighten you with the history of the Cellular Jail. After the show, head back to the hotel. End of day 1.

• Day 2 : Baratang & Limestone Cave

  Early morning rise by 3:30 am. Leave the hotel at 4:00 am and head to Baratang. We will reach the entry gates of the convoy at 6:00 am. Convoys are used to cross the restricted tribal area with police security. An hour through the tribal area, reach Baratang Island. Then take a speed boat on sharing basis to reach the limestone caves and the mangrove creek. Return to Baratang jetty in the noon and have lunch and then head to see mud volcano. Later head back to Port Blair in the 3:00 pm convoy back through the tribal area. Reach the hotel in the evening and retire for the day.

• Day 3 : City Tour | Mount Harriet

  Early morning rise and after breakfast at the hotel, the cab will take you to Mount Harriet national park. The journey is one that you can cherish. The cab reaches Chatham and will board a vehicle ferry. The vehicle ferry then shall ferry you and the cab to bamboo flat. At the bamboo flat, the winding roads will take you to Mount Harriet. It was the first vantage point for the British administration in the islands. The view overlooks North Bay Island lighthouse. It’s the highest peak in Port Blair. Spend some quality time at Mount Harriet and then head to visit Port Blair and its places of interest. Begin with the Anthropological museum. The museum gives you insight into the origination of the Andaman & Nicobar Islands and its indigenous tribes. A fun-filled visit. Later head to the oldest sawmill of Asia, Chatham Saw Mill. This place gives you an insight into the various timbers that are found on the islands and head towards Samudrika the naval museum to know the various kinds of fish life found in and around the islands. Next on the tour is a visit to Joggers park, a vantage point where you can see the runway. Later visit the Rajiv Gandhi sports complex to see the beautifully lit complex. After the visit to the complex, head to the hotel and retire for the day.

  Early morning rise and later head to the airport according to the flight schedule. If time provides, do some shopping on the way.
