Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Tour of Vladimir Cathedrals & Visit of Suzdal Kremlin

  Following breakfast your private driver picks you up at your hotel in Moscow and takes you to Vladimir - the medieval capital of Russia.
  
  Upon arrival you enjoy lunch in a local restaurant and then have a guided sightseeing tour around this authentic town. During the tour you see the most prominent symbol of Vladimir - the famous Golden Gates, go inside the Dormition Cathedral that preserves the world famous frescoes of Andrei Rublev, explore the architectural complex of the Cathedral of St. Dimitriy and visit the Museum of Crystal, Lacquer Miniatures and Embroidery.
  
  After the tour you are transferred to Suzdal known as a city-museum of the Golden Ring for a large number of preserved historical monuments of ancient Russian art and architecture.
  
  Upon arrival you enjoy a guided sightseeing tour around the most outstanding attractions of Suzdal. During the tour you see the brilliant architectural complex of the Kremlin, explore the ensemble of the Monastery of Saint Euthymius and visit the famous Museum of Wooden Architecture.
  
  After the tour you are transferred to your hotel for overnight. In the evening you enjoy dinner at the hotel restaurant.
• Day 2 : Landscape” Tour in Plyos & Visit of the Ipatiev Monastery in Kostroma

  Following breakfast you meet your driver who takes you to the smallest city in the Golden Ring - Plyos, also known as a Tiny Russian Switzerland for its picturesque sceneries and serene beauty.
  
  During your guided tour you explore the most famous attractions of Plyos and enjoy an interesting “landscape” excursion “The Living Pictures by Levitan” dedicated to the life and artistic heritage of Russia’s most celebrated landscape artist Isaac Levitan who created his greatest paintings in Plyos.
  
  After the tour you are transferred to the historic city of Kostroma built at the confluence of the Volga and Kostroma Rivers. Upon arrival you enjoy lunch in a local restaurant followed by a guided city tour that includes a visit to the architectural complex of the Ipatiev Monastery.
  
  Later your driver takes you to your final destination of this day - Yaroslavl. Upon arrival you are transferred to your centrally located hotel for overnight. In the evening you enjoy dinner at your hotel.
• Day 3 : Exploring Yaroslavl Monasteries

  In the morning after breakfast you meet your guide at the hotel lobby and have a guided city tour around the most interesting Yaroslavl landmarks.
  
  During the tour you explore the architectural complex of the Transfiguration Monastery and go inside the Church of Elias the Prophet to enjoy its amazing frescoes.
  
  Following lunch in a local restaurant you have the rest of the day at your leisure to continue exploring Yaroslavl city center on your own. In the evening you have dinner at your hotel.
• Day 4 : Tour of Rostov Kremlin & Visit of the Trinity Lavra in Sergiev Posad

  After breakfast your driver transfers you to Rostov the Great - one of the oldest cities in Russia that was first mentioned in chronicles in 862. During your guided city tour you explore the beautiful Rostov Kremlin, including its famous Enamel Museum.
  
  Then you proceed to Sergiev Posad known as "Russian Vatican" for its magnificent blue and golden cupolas scattered all around the town.
  
  Upon arrival you enjoy lunch in a local restaurant followed by a guided sightseeing tour around the most cherished treasures of Sergiev Posad, that includes a visit to the spiritual center of Russian Orthodoxy - the Trinity Lavra of St. Sergius.
  
  After the tour your driver takes you back to your hotel in Moscow or to the airport / train station (depending on your travel arrangements).
