Day 1 : Nairobi to Nakuru
Your adventure begins with a scenic drive from Nairobi to Nakuru. The journey takes about 3-4 hours by bus or shared transport, giving you a chance to enjoy the changing landscapes as you head out of the city.
Upon arrival in Nakuru, check into your budget accommodation, After settling in, enjoy a relaxing lunch and prepare for your afternoon adventure.
In the afternoon, head to Lake Nakuru National Park, famous for its vibrant flamingo population and a variety of wildlife, including rhinos, giraffes, and lions. Spend the afternoon exploring the park, where you can drive around or walk along the shore to admire the flamingos and other bird species. Take in the beautiful scenery and wildlife that make Lake Nakuru one of Kenya’s top national parks.
After your visit to the park, return to your accommodation for dinner and unwind for the night.

Day 2 : Nakuru to Masai Mara
After breakfast, you’ll begin your journey to Masai Mara, one of Kenya’s most famous game reserves. The drive from Nakuru to the Mara takes around 5-6 hours, so settle in for a comfortable ride. Along the way, enjoy the scenic views of the Great Rift Valley.
Once you arrive in Masai Mara, check into a budget-friendly lodge. These camps provide a unique experience with their proximity to nature, where you’ll hear the sounds of wildlife even from your tented camp.
After settling in, enjoy lunch at the camp and prepare for an afternoon game drive. Masai Mara is home to an impressive array of wildlife, including lions, elephants, zebras, and giraffes. You’ll have the chance to explore the vast savannah and admire the incredible animals in their natural habitat. The evening is a great time to spot predators like lions and leopards.
Return to your camp for dinner and reflect on the incredible wildlife you've seen.

Day 3 : Full Day in Masai Mara
Start your day early with a morning game drive. The early hours are the best time to spot wildlife, as animals are more active during the cooler morning hours. If you’re lucky, you might witness lions on the hunt or elephants grazing peacefully.
After the game drive, return to your camp for breakfast and relax for a while. The Mara offers a serene atmosphere, and you can spend some time exploring or just enjoying the views.
During lunchtime, you can enjoy a meal at your camp. In the afternoon, consider visiting a Maasai village to learn about the traditional lifestyle of the Maasai people. The Maasai are known for their rich cultural heritage, and a visit to a village can offer fascinating insights into their way of life.
Later, continue your game drives through the Mara. The reserve is vast, and each drive offers a chance to see something new, from herds of wildebeest to majestic birds of prey.
After another exciting day in the Mara, return to your camp for a relaxed evening and dinner.

Day 4 : Masai Mara to Nairobi
On your final day, you can enjoy a morning game drive if you wish to get one last look at the incredible wildlife before leaving. The Mara is full of surprises, and the early morning is often the best time for wildlife sightings.
After your game drive, head back to your camp for breakfast and check out. You’ll then begin your journey back to Nairobi, with the drive taking about 5-6 hours. As you travel back, you’ll have time to reflect on the unforgettable experiences and the wildlife you’ve seen over the past few days.
Upon arrival in Nairobi, you can either relax for the evening or continue with your travels.
