On the way in Dehradun you can visit to Sahastradhara, Tapkeshwar Temple, Robbers Cave. Later drive to Mussoorie. ON arrival in Mussoorie, check-in hotel and take some rest. In evening free to leisure on Mall Road. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.
