4 Days Tarangire And Serengeti Safari Tour

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : ARRIVAL Arrival in Arusha (I am assuming that you will arrive 0ne day before starting your safari)

  Your Safari driver will meet you at Kilimanjaro International to welcome you and transfer you to my office in Arusha/ your hotel for Safari briefing and final payments, later to the hotel for lunch or dinner based on your arrive time of the day. Have you yet confirmed your flight details? Do you know where would the flight land for pick up logistic? Please advise your flights details.

• Day 2 : Arusha –Tarangire National Park

  After your leisure breakfast proceed to Tarangire national park. Spend a full day exploring Tarangire National Park, back dropped by the spectacular, rust-hued Great Rift Valley. At Tarangire, find a stunning concentration of animals — herds of elephants, impalas and zebras — all of which traverse the sprawling plains late afternoon proceed to your accommodation for shower, dinner and overnight in karatu.

• Day 3 : Karatu- Serengeti

  Today we are on our way to Serengeti, the Serengeti eco-system is home to the "big five" (lion, African elephant, cape buffalo, leopard, rhinoceros). The other main species include zebra, wildebeest, various species of gazelles and antelopes, giraffes, cheetahs, hyenas, elephants, hippopotamus, crocodiles and some primate species such as vervet monkeys and olive baboons. It is also an endemic bird area, with a total of 505 species being documented so far. In the evening, we will arrive to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

• Day 4 : Serengeti-Ngorongoro – Arusha

  The exciting sounds of Africa will rouse you from your sleep. We make the most of the day with a 08:00 start, heading off on our morning game-drive. Later, the adventure will continue when we travel Via Ngorongoro, another African icon. It’s almost impossible to spend too much time in Serengeti and with more than 1.6 million herbivores – plus thousands of predators – there’s always something new and interesting to see. The changing seasons and natural light simply add to the diversity. This morning your driver-guide will help you spot some more of the many species at Serengeti, teaching you about their fascinating habits and habitats. Game en route via Ngorongoro conservation area to Arusha Town
